Moving is never a pleasant or easy process but My Town Movers were awesome and did a great job making the moving process easier than I would have expected. Kevin and Jazz worked hard, were considerate, and helped tremendously to set everything up as best as possible. I highly recommend My Town Movers and will definitely use them again for a move.

I've used My Town Movers three times now, and each time has been excellent. They are very responsive to inquiries and are very helpful. Their booking process is easy and smooth. The crews that have been assigned to all our moves have surpassed my expectations. They are professional, prompt, and personable. I felt very comfortable with them while they wrapped, packed, and unpacked all our furniture. I highly recommend MTM!

Primarily due to my working in corporate America, this is our 9th move during 33 years of marriage. Without question, My Town is the best moving company with which we’ve ever worked. We primarily selected My Town because their quote to pack and move was literally one-half that of another large local company. However, the benefits that we received extended far beyond that of just cost. Everyone with which we came into contact was both knowledgeable and helpful. But, it was our moving team that really shined - Kevin, Jas, Everett, Jimmy, Jordan, and another man whose name escapes me (sorry!). These 6 men were highly professional, respectful, and courteous. They took pride in their work and carried out their responsibilities with joy and a smile on their face. They worked well together as a team and, most importantly, they cared for our belongings and home as if they were their own. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied customers. With my career winding down and Memphis being our home, I don’t anticipate any future moves. However, should it occur, we’ll definitely be using My Town!

Absolutely fantastic experience. There's rarely anything fun about moving, but My Town Movers made it so! The crew was professional, kind, collaborative, and really just enjoyable to be around. Our move involved a lot of heavy lifting, stairs, and a full day of work, and they kept a positive and helpful attitude the whole time. Even when everyone was feeling the wear of the day, they took their time and were patient with furniture/box placement. I wish I could remember all 5 of their names, but I know for sure Willy, Siteno, and Kevin were a part of the crew. Thank you guys!

My Town Movers made moving as easy as possible. The 3 young men that loaded and unloaded my furniture were polite, respectful and very hard working. They treated my items with great care. I never heard any of them complain about anything, not even having to carry heavy items upstairs. The move cost over a $1000 less than two other companies I received quotes from plus they support local organizations. I highly recommend MY TOWN MOVER

I was really dreading the move of our office. From the time I spoke to Jarred and set up the move, I knew I had made the right choice. On moving day, the team arrived ready and eager to get started. They were everything you could want -- polite, professional, careful, hard working, friendly, and anxious to do what I needed done. It was pretty painless and actually at times it was enjoyable! The 3 movers did a great job at a reasonable price. They were professional and worked hard to complete our move within a reasonable timeframe. It was also a pleasure working with Jarred. We would definitely use them again and will recommend to others.

The crew with My Town Movers did an amazing job moving everything from my apartment and my fiance's apartment into our new home. Both apartments were on the second story of old buildings with small doorways and tricky steps. Yet, Brandon, Kevin, and Terrell moved everything carefully and efficiently. They were patient when I changed my mind about where I wanted furniture placed. This was my second time using My Town Movers, and I will surely use them again if the need arises. Highly recommend!

The gentlemen at My Town Movers worked quickly and professionally! They quickly assessed my apartment and what items I had requested they move. From there, they wrapped every item to prevent damage and worked as efficiently as possible. They knew that I did not want to go over my 2 hour time block and worked very hard to stay within those parameters. I highly recommend!

Moved to a new house one zip code away. Contracted with My Town Movers two times to move our furniture. Both experiences were exceptional. Today, Sitero and Lavonte were professional, polite and took great care of my furniture. They are both fine gentlemen with a strong work ethic. Arranging the move and payment were very simple. Their services are priced fairly. I would use them again without question. Great business with great employees.

Excellent experience with Shawn and Jazz, they were friendly, on time, listened to my requests, complied with extra wrapping and were very careful with our items. We moved from a 3rd floor apt/stairs only and delivered to a second floor home/stairs. We had no issues and all was taken apart and returned like they had found it. It was a relatively small move and took appx 2 hours. From the first phone call to ask questions to the last every one for final payment (Preston) everyone was very professional and helpful. I had high anxiety as to the bad reviews on line for several of the moving co. but My Town Movers was my choice after a thorough review on line and with BBB site. I can't make any guarantees but I will say they did all they could do to secure and protect our items and we are glad it is done! They were comparable in price to many others I called, thier set up fee was $75 and the one other company I considered, Black Tie Movers had a much larger set up fee, I believe was $149 (-just a waste of money-) and therefore I put my money and faith with My Town Movers and could not be happier!!!! Good Luck, as you will need it, as this is an unregulated type of business and they are not required to carry any significant liability, so be aware of who you trust with your stuff!!! Make an educated decision!!!!

Hands down the BEST! They were at my house on time. They worked fast, carefully, and had the best attitudes! We had an unfortunate 4 hr. delay before unloading into our new house. They were amazing about it! They were smiling the entire time! People! I am saving you time NOW! My Town Movers are AMAZING! Call them!

Kevin and Jazz were amazing. Nice, professional and super good at what they do...and strong! Great organization doing great things for the community. Emily was great to work with, and very helpful. We were more than happy to contribute to their mission, and would definitely use their professional services again.

I recently moved across town and used My Town Movers because my real estate agent, Anne Chambers of Chamber-Wood Realty recommended them. She’s a great agent and apparently she knows great movers when she sees them!

Willie, Ricky, Kevin S., and Tyler were the men assigned for my move. I’m sorry…did I say mere men? Hell, no! These guys are superheroes! All that was missing was capes! Not only did they hustle and get it done, but they were just great guys to meet! Kevin and I started some great discussions during lunch and hope to meet up sometime to keep talking.

Willie was the head guy and did a great job looking out for me and my stuff. Keeping things going and just knowing the best way to tackle each part of the job were obviously how he got to be a crew leader!

Ricky and Tyler are also a great couple guys and made it fun – if you can have fun moving!

We are doing a total remodel and had these guys come and move furniture from one room to another so more work can be completed where the furniture had been. They were very polite and very careful with everything. Great customer service from beginning to end! We will definitely call them when we're ready to put everything back for good.

I am sooo glad I chose My Town Movers to move my son and I. I thought they were a little pricey at first, but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. With that being said, Kevin and Siteno were AWESOME. Professional and fast. It took them 5 hours to complete the job. I moved from Cordova to Southaven and they had to move my belongings from the second floor storage. The previous moving company took 6 hours. Hopefully I never have to move again, but if I do, My Town Movers will do the job.

My move day was so much less stressful because of my team of movers, My Town Movers provided me with. Siteno, Tank, and Ricky cared for my items as if they were their own. I would definitely hire my town movers again. My experience was great from the phone call I made to request service until the driver drove away. Thanks guys for all your help!!!

I have used MTM numerous time for my clients. My business is downsizing seniors. All of their crews are courteous, kind, and patient with my clients. They always work efficiently. They never complain when we run into obstacles with the move or it runs late into the day. They are always happy to go above and beyond with any request (within reason) my clients have. I am so happy to have them, they make moving day so much easier!!!
