IP Casino Resort Spa

I traveled from Houston to attend a concert at IP and was actually surprised at how easy the Casino was to navigate around. Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful with the entire check-in process. The drinks at the bar were very good at a good price. It's located right down the road from many other casinos and the beach, which I loved. I didn't stay in a room at IP, so I can't speak on that, but overall loved my time here! Can't wait to come back.

The service here is unmatched! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Our Showers hot water ran out quick. I mentioned it during my massage, when asked about my stay, and the masseuse said she would take care of it... that night, the hot water was working great! I thought that was above and beyond service and showed the level of detail and pride that everyone caries that works here.

I liked this hotel very much! This is an upscale hotel but you can still dress casual. The valet service is still not available but right inside the main entrance is a bell hop service. They will unload your bags from your vehicle and hold them until you go to your room. When you check out, they will come pick them up from your room and deliver them to your car once you pull up to the front. Plenty of free parking is available in the garage. Once you pull out of the drop off area, the first garage entrance is for VIPs and if you keep going around the road the guest parking entrance is next.

Our room overlooked the bay area and was a decent size. The mattress was comfortable to me because I like a firm mattress. Bedding and room were extremely clean. We asked for a smoking room and there was only a slight scent of it. Filter must of been doing its job. At some point, our water handle in the shower broke. Within 45 min of calling the front desk, the maintenance man had it fixed!! There is not a microwave in the room. At night, flocks of birds nest on the window ledges.

Very close to all kinds of restaurants. The hotel itself has restaurants and several bars. The spa was very relaxing. If you have a massage scheduled, you can use the spa area the entire day. In the women only section, we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub that has a water feature along with the wet and dry sauna and the artic room before having 50 min massages. There is also a coed lounge and sauna for those that want to relax with their partner. The casino's machines are spread out so that you have plenty of space to avoid rubbing elbows with your neighbors. Staff is very kind and fully willing to explain how to play. The coast line beaches are only 2 miles from the hotel.

Had a fabulous stay with the IP! Enjoyed our room upgrade and was super comfortable. Got lost a few times figuring out the parking to lobby layout but not a big deal. Looking forward to any future visits we make! Oh, and the food was amazing!

The IP has a bar called 850 and Cris is the absolute best! I first met her a year ago and she catered to our group and she was our best friend for the weekend. A whole year later and she is still being the best bartender ever!! If you ever come to the IP she is the bartender to go to!!! Absolutely the best!

Love it! Been going since 2010 when my husband and I got married. We spent our honeymoon here and visit often. Go to the Sports bar, they have the best bartender ever.

Loved room, safe in closet is great idea & location is perfect., customer service was fast & friendly. Poker room dingy, very old playing cards. Cards could really be larger print hard for seniors to see. Parking garage should have speed bumps on the curves. Someone flew around the corner & almost ran me over walking to my vehicle this morning. I will come again!

Parking not so great especially if you have a truck with a lift it will not fit in the parking garage so we had to park across the street until a spot in front the hotel opened up. Pool is nice but you have to take a few elevators to get to it. The rooms were really nice. We stayed on the 27th floor it was quite and we had no problems. Check in and out for hotel is as easy as it gets. You can do everything by kiosk yourself or by someone in the lobby. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

Exceptional Dining Experience with Server Brandon Carter at the Bayview Cafe!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at the IP Casino in Biloxi, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. BRANDON was not only KNOWLEDGABLE about the menu, extremely ATTENTIVE, with an amazing PERSONALITY that added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. Attentiveness to every detail and went above and beyond, making the dining experience truly exceptional.

The manager NICHOLAS LAGANA was equally impressive, going out of his way to assist us in securing transportation back to our hotel. This level of customer service turned a simple meal into a wonderful and memorable experience. It's rare to find both server and manager so dedicated to ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. My husband, a seafood enthusiast from Florida, declared that the shrimp he had at the IP Casino was the best he's ever tasted. The SHRIMP, not only BIG but incredibly FRESH, a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients.

In summary, the combination of a server with an amazing personality and extensive menu knowledge, a manager who goes the EXTRA MILE for guests, and outstanding seafood made our visit to IP Casino a delightful experience. We will undoubtedly be returning and recommending this establishment to friends and family.

Stopped in here on the way to New Orleans back in 2016. First time ever in a casino and had a blast on the slot machines. Didn't get a chance to try the food there.

Stayed here for the first time for 3 nights. Rooms were clean; drink service on the casino floor was very prompt and there were plenty of good slots. I spent a few hours at the pool as well and had a great time! Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Did not stay here but came by casino. Will have to say the casino area was great! Lots of space and table games were up and running during the day. The service was quick and the facility was clean! I'm NOT a smoker and the air was not thick with smoke. The staff was friendly. Would definitely come back here when we visit Biloxi again. The casino is away from the beach ones but just buy a day pass on the casino hopper ($6) and they'll drop you off in front. It stops by every 20-30 minutes.

Very nice place. Fancy even. Great for couples. Fancy restaurants. Didn't eat there.. looks expensive. Casino is on 2 floors with an escalator. Parking garage. Vending machines are ridiculously expensive.

WiFi is trash …. And make sure if you have business and need things delivered shipping and receiving is closed on weekends … it’s a disaster… company had to wait to receive package 2 days later .. NEVER AGAIN

I love this place and I'm so glad that they let us have our dogs in our room ❤ the workers here are friendly and helpful ❤ I will definitely coming back here again and will recommend this to anyone and friends 😊

IP Casino is a great option for a conference meetings because it contains amenities for both gambling and non gambling individuals. The effort their staff and management puts into a high quality experience is quite frankly astounding.

The restaurants serve food on par with fine dining stand alone establishments. The IP spa offers a selection of treatments that would match hotels that market themselves exclusively as a resort.

Combining all these features into a casino makes a one stop shop for people that want to gamble and an entertaining experience for those that don't gamble
