Palace Casino Resort

What a great surprise. Everything has been fantastic at this place. The check in and accommodations for adding extra nights was friendly and stress free. I can't thank this hotel enough.
Things to note:
1. Price was fantastic
2. I ended up winning on the slots. Not thousands but a few hundred. I only spent $50.
3. Front desk was so helpful. Thank you Sam & Nick and Sherrie& Mindy. You all went above and beyond.
4. All the security guards were so nice and friendly.
5. Housekeeping was incredible. Sadly, I didn't get her name but my stay was from 1-16-2024 until 1-20-2024. Please thank her. I was on the 9th floor.
6. The bartender at the bar near the elevators was fantastic. He made a mean Manhattan.
7. Karla the hostess near the restaurant by the elevators was friendly and helpful.
8. Parking was easy and felt safe in the garage. I made myself aware of my surroundings but never felt unsafe.
9. Other guests were friendly.
10. Room was clean and was given extra coffee and water when I asked.
The only problem I had and not much anyone could do about it , was the other guests slammed doors all night. I understand it's a casino but jeez people, close your door quietly.
If I ever make it back here, this is the only place I would stay.

The Palace Casino Resort was exceptional in every way. The hotel rooms, the buffet, and the entire casino itself was beyond wonderful! The staff was very courteous, helpful and eager to help you in any way that you need. We will definitely be coming back to the Palace Casino Resort soon!

We just went to gamble and eat. Both went well. Their buffet really is one of the best for multiple reasons. We observed the man cooking steaks change out his cutting board and discard "old" meat. The buffet food is fresh, delicious and kept at a high standard.

Stayed a night here in the off season. Large clean room, comfortable beds and decent pillows.

Casino has a good variety of table games and low limits even on a late Saturday.

Breakfast buffet was cheap ($15). Not a huge spread but good quality and gets the job done.

Id come back!

I couldn't give the room a 5 star because no microwave. No microwave anywhere on property. When I ask about it they said because guests was burn them out. I think that's unfair for rest of guests who are responsible. You should give your guests opinions with rooms. Overall my stay was GREAT!!

Best casino on the gulf! Excellent staff from front door to floor. Great dealers, waiters, and support personnel. Very clean and smoke-free.

Great casino/resort. Stayed overnight on a Saturday. Spent the day poolside. Nice salt water pool area…exceptional pool service staff with great food and drinks. Pool wasnt over crowded or rowdy. Relaxing. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Had a beautiful view over looking the bay and bridge. The bed was firm and was comfortable for me, but that’s what I prefer, not so much the wife. The buffet was one of the best we’ve tried. Lots of options, staff was great. Casino is non smoking inside which is huge for us and a very welcome plus/rarity in a casino…clean and crisp air with little wipes at every slot machine…we’re not clean freaks but it’s nice to know you can use them if you’re feeling grimy. Plus we were lucky and walked away lucky winners of a full night of gaming! Paid for our entire weekend trip! Had a great time thank you Palace casino. Well done.

Went to the Palace for their buffet- I think the world has discovered that a good buffet in a smoke free casino is a paradise for many gamblers who have some of those respiratory problems. I will go back for more.

Went back for 2nd buffet- loved the fresh salad bar - wok bar - beef ribs - gumbo soup - soft ice cream and soft peanut butter cookies - will be back next week

Lovely atmosphere, the entire property is clean, smoke free, and well appointed. Very large casino with latest slots, but limited video poker machines. Their buffet is truly the best in Biloxi and a match for buffets everywhere! It offers all of the usual Buffet choices, including prime rib, turkey, etc. In addition, there are Asian and Italian themed stations where you customize your order. The entire staff is a beacon Southern hospitality!

We didn't stay here but ate at the buffet. At 27.99 was not a bad price and you get a discount being a club member. The buffet was massive and you can choose from several areas. I favored the smoke and grilled meats section. The Comfort section was tasty as well. There is also a hibachi grill. The staff were very professional and friendly. Kudos to the entire buffet staff.

For a truly smoke free experience there is no other!! No smoking in the casino or hotel. This place is awesome. Spent three days here. Hung out by the pool in the afternoon and gambled all night. Service was great in all areas.

I can't talk about the rooms because I've not stayed there. We visit the casino and buffet. The casino is smoke free which is wonderful. The machines are usually good to me. My favorite is the buffet. It's excellent. I would definitely recommend both, the casino and the buffet. Enjoy

I had a great experience, from the time I checked in. The clerk that checked us in deserves a bump in pay because he went over and beyond his duties. He was very helpful and pleasant! Lots of restaurants. The buffet staff also deserves a huge amount of recognition, from the cashiers to the wait staff; they all were super nice and friendly. I can't forget the chefs, the food was top-tier. Like I said, everyone at the hotel/casino was outstanding, including housekeeping. The maid on the 9th floor was very accommodating and went out of her way, too! Very nice pool! Casino is very well cared for! I loved the fishing pier that is steps away from the casino. I don't know if calling it a fishing pier is correct because it's approximately a mile or so long walking or running bridge. Whatever it is, I loved it!

Fantastic place, perfect location at the point of the bay/gulf, purposely got a great room with a great view. Highly recommend a corner room (ending in 25, 425,525,etc) you get a 180 view of bay and gulf...way worth a FEW extra bucks, plus get the jetted tub!! Avoid 3rd floor, heavy foot traffic to pool. Love the non smoking, not sure the $28 buffet was all that but I will say best Prime and brisket I've had on a buffet, better than Vegas, disappointed in the seafood choices, mostly peel n eat shrimp, impressive desserts. Right on hwy 90 strip, close to everything. Can't say enough about the room! Huge, lots of counter space, coffee fridge, USB plugs 100% modern, a shower so big you could wash your car. Reserve early, corner room is a must! Oh, and alcohol IS FREE if your actively playing, even at the sports bar, wow.

They stay was great. The rooms were clean no issues. Price was good for the room. Food at the casino was good no issues. Brunch price was high. We missed breakfast.

Everything about The Palace is great except the Gambling. Yes, I know what you’re thinking, gambling is gambling. You’re taking a chance. Here it is Christmas Eve and you would think The Palace would be thankful for their customers by letting them win a few Jackpots. Hell no ! I spent all day today, Christmas Eve playing and I only heard two Jackpot winners. That’s totally disgusting for this casino being crowded and no one winning. That’s greed and selfishness will cost The Palace in the future. I even complained to this guy named Frank about the lack of payouts. He said, “what do you want me to do about it?” I told him the other casinos around Biloxi were paying Jackpots. He could care less. All The Palace has to do is adjust the payout percentages and there will be more winners. Quit being greedy. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

We had our Christmas meal at the Contact Sports Lounge. The atmosphere was nice, the service was good and the food was really good. My husband and I usually go here to eat on Christmas day.

Didn't stay at hotel, stayed at other casino. Had a dinner at other casino buffet claiming recently renovated and better than before, not! The buffet at the Palace was by far the better choice, value and friendly staff. Will most likely stay here the next time we're in town.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a corner room overlooking the bay.
Our room and the whole hotel was very clean. I liked the decor in our room.
The people that worked there were friendly and the other hotel customers were too.
The buffet was great and the pool was also. Their security is strict. We felt safe.

This is a great smoke-free casino. It's smaller so you can find others in your party easily. Some newer slots and some older ones good combination.
