Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi

Very cool hotel. Loved the room, amazing view of the Gulf. Glass shower was great you can shower while seeing the beauty outside. Only negative thing if you like daily room service you have to make sure you ask for it. If not you will not get it. The Casino is a good size with lots of slots..and tables. Several different food choices inside also. Very clean also and friendly staff. And it's right on the water. Beautiful pool but was to cold to go in the time I was there. Definitely a do again.

First time to stay at Biloxi Hard Rock. Got upgraded to Platinum tower for some reason. Room was really clean and larger than expected. Beds great. Shower was wonderful with plenty of hot water. Check in was simple and quick with very friendly clerk. Every where we ate was good. Expensive but good. Casino had a wide variety of slots and tables. Only negative was only two Ultimate X video poker machines ( my chose of games). While playing drinks were plentiful and waitress were easy on the eyes. (tipping helps). Down side it rained all three days there so couldn't do much outside. Truly enjoyed stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The casino had all the basics for tables, slots, and some good food options at relatively reasonable prices. We ate a big breakfast with chicken and waffles and an omelette and they were hot, fresh, and well prepared. The waitress was polite, attentive, and informative. The hotel is right on the water in MS. If you are passing through or live nearby this is a good place to try your luck and hang out a while. Good luck!

The "Rock" is my go resort on the Gulf Coast. The casino staff is the most competent of all the casinos in MS. The atmosphere is fun and lively casino in the market. The food options are better than the "Beau" or any other resort and pool is always rockin'. My host, Krista has always gone above and beyond to accommodate our requests. She is personable, professional, and fun to deal with. I have other hosts in other markets but they don't compare to her.

We only explored for Casino floor for a few minutes. Our initial visit was for Ruth Chris. It was my wife's bday, and she's never been to Ruth Chris so I wanted to surprise her. I must say they did a wonderful job!!. From the moment we checked in she was greeted with "Happy Birthday" from every staff member we encountered. That on top of the food, service, and atmosphere made her bday dinner exceptional.

She had a Tbone with the Lobster Mac, and I got the Ruth's Steak and lobster special. The special was a 3 course meal 😋

Everything was so delicious, and Eric our server went over and beyond! He was so knowledgeable about everything!! Definitely ask for him whenever you visit. The Manager on duty Michael came by to make sure everything was well, and he also wished my wife a happy birthday!

All in all the place was a 10/10, and we can't wait to go back.

This was our first time staying at Hard Rock. Stayed in platinum tower room 511 .Great view large room . The only problem was some of the carpet was worn at the bathroom entrance the nails on what I call tackless was sticking out . We let front desk aware of this hope it gets addressed. Before someone gets hurt. Will be back again. Date of stay March 3rd to 8th 2024

The rooms and location are fantastic. But the service was slow, and the lady, although a trainee, had no idea what she was doing. We were there trying to check on for 50 minutes as the line grew longer and longer.

The casino people were great. But for the hotel portion, expect delays.

It was my 1st time in Biloxi and I visited 4 casinos in the 3 days I was there and this one is by far my favorite there!!! Did not stay at the hotel but if their customer service is anything like the staff at the casino I will next time I go. The beginning of my visit...everything was spaced out nicely, well lit, fresh and clean!!! First employee I met Erica, a server on the slot floor. She did the unthinkable and never before...I asked her on a humbug if they had any other machines like the one I was playing in the casino, she didn't know but went and physically got red shirt Ryan to find out!?! Then of course red shirt Ryan answered all of my questions. Then I encountered Michael Caldwell and Angela Nelson, manager of the slot area, These two were also absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and inviting. I engaged them in conversation and I'm sure at 1st they were just being polite and tolerable but this was not the case. They continuously checked on me and other guests. Did not see this at any of the other casinos that I visited. Also got the pleasure of meeting red shirt Elka. Again made sure I had everything I needed and covered me for a restroom break. You can clearly tell that they enjoy where they work and their jobs. It reflects quite clearly. Exemplary customer service!! Thank you all for making my trip so much better than it was 🥰

Easy to park, easy to exit, easy to lose money... overall, had a great time! Atmosphere was nice, upbeat, plenty of entertainment, food, drinks, you name it they have it! Location was great, everything was easy to get to and from. I was impressed with just about every slot machine either having a USB port or wireless charging device on it. Guess they like for you stay a while obviously! I will be returning on my next trip to biloxi. I did not stay in a room there so I can't comment on that

I went there with my sisters and a close family friend. I had a great time, my baby sister got a room there and it was amazing. The room had double full size beds, a beautiful walk in shower, and a beautiful view. The only thing I didn't like was the smoking. I'm a former smoker and developed asthma after I quit. But I stayed for my sisters and had a great time.

Fun little casino. Good vibes. It’s smaller one but good enough. They have robo bar on Friday and Saturday. I went on weekdays counts enjoy. Will try next time hopefully.

Good variety of games with low table limits, friendly dealers, up beat atmosphere and very clean appearance.

Had an amazing view of the Gulf and pool from our room. The room was very clean and even had the rock station playing on the TV when we walked in! Love the decorations of all the music decour. Loved everything about my stay here.

Fine Hotel with a casino. The room was clean and orderly when we arrived with plenty of space and a fantastic bathroom/shower room. Staff was helpful and polite. Casino was fun and we had good luck with the Buffalo Chief game. We will return to stay here anytime we're in Biloxi.

The hard rock was a great place to stay. We were there for a funeral but the locality of it and the ease of having everything right there was great! We also loved the view, it was breathtaking!

So above our expectations! We took this Biloxi trip on a whim, and booked the Hard Rock, and to say we were satisfied is a complete understatement! The location was very easy to access and come and go from, the view was amazing as well. From the first time we stepped in until the time we left the staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming, everyone we interacted with was smiling faces, saying hello, asking how we were from security to housekeeping, front desk staff and all in between! The pool area was great, a nice swim up bar in the pool, great sitting area, two hot tubs, one of which was very spacious. The towels supplied were very big and plush. Even had a great view from the pool to the ocean. Our room was very clean, spacious, had a great view out the window, a nice large bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows didn't go flat! The only complaint about the room was just needed more plugs closer to the beds, otherwise it was excellent. There's plenty of restaurants & entertainment that you don't even have to leave if you so choose. It was our first time staying at a Hard Rock but definitely won't be the last. They certainly left a great impression and made you feel like you were very welcome and they were glad you were there. I highly recommend staying here.

This is my very first time visiting the location and honestly it was a really great experience. The room was nice, really comfy and welcoming. Had great assistance. The food, was REALLY GOOD. My parents had a really good time at the casino, they loved it. I will surely come back again soon. 😊❤

I can't rate the rooms due to the fact that we did not stay there; how, we decided to try our luck and visited the Hard Rock during our stay. Outstanding! Pretty much sums up our experience. Definitely will be back and stay with them in the future.

Rooms are very nice for it being a casino. Need to do an upgrade soon though. The music iPod is outdated in rooms and no way to Bluetooth your phone. Also need to stop only letting “high rollers” have the suites. They are not the only customers that walk into the casino with money to spend.

Fun place, ate at hard Rock Cafe, the burgers my wife and I had were no where near the taste they should've been for an 18 dollar burger. The fries were bland with no seasoning, the amount I got to what my fie had was completely different. I mean to be honest it tasted like we had gone to McDonald's. But overall it was alright. Will I go back probably not. I know it's a "touristy" place but I mean dang at least present the food like it's worth the arm and leg you have to pay. Overall experience with the casino and the Cafe was good but based on Cafe it self, eh I mean the burger patties from McDonald's are bigger and taste better. But just my experience. Try it for yourself just make sure that either your already rich or save up fo 5 years to be disappointed.
