My husband went in looking for several products today. Five people behind the counter were joking around and NOT working nor offering any help. He waited for someone to address him as he did not want to be rude. One caucasian lady finally stopped with the shenanigans and looked at him as if he were out of place, yet did not bother to ask if he needed help. He asked if they had the products we needed, and without touching a computer to look it up, she said, "No." What type of customer service is this? He advised her that another location's staff looked up the items yesterday and said they had several at the Meridian location, and if the computer is inaccurate, they can get them from the main wearhouse at that location. STILL NO HELP FROM THIS PERSON! ARE YOU SERIOUS? IS IT 1912 OR 2023? LADY (and I use the word loosely), GOD IS COMING BACK, AND WE ARE ALL HIS CHILDREN. YOU WILL BE JUDGED FOR YOUR TREATMENT TO ALL............
HIS CHILDREN! Get your heart right and stop promoting evil. Never judge a book by its cover. You never know who you are mistreating.
This was the MERIDIAN location I am referring to. Also, I failed to mention that one young man offered my husband help when he asked, " Are you all busy."
