He's an all time great trainer and works well with each unique client. Every one is treated equally and fair the deal breaker is each client has their own routine, no routine is the same

Well, I'm not the one to put someone on blast so you will have to see for yourself. I recently had knee replacement surgery about 6 months ago... doing well but wanted to improve mobility in my knee so I decided to try this place out. The owner seemed to get an attitude when I had questions about my condition as tho I shouldn't be concerned...remind you that this is not my level of expertise and the doctor has told me that it will take a year for me to heal completely on the inside so of course I have questions. I would ask if there was anything that I needed to do at home in between my visits and he would tell me no but when I returned for my visits and my knee was much tighter then he would ask me what have I been doing at home. He originally told me I should see results in a couple of weeks but I was in more pain than before at times. After about 3 weeks he started getting on the ball with my rehab because he seemed to have alot going on in the beginning. Also, I was originally told that the gym stay open until 7 pm during the week so I thought me getting off around 4:30 wouldn't be a problem. The owner is very wishy washy!!! I hate to inconvenience anyone so when I would ask what time to come he would tell me it didn't matter but then would call me asking me where I'm at as tho I suppose to be there. If I have been coming for almost two months then by now a person should know what time I'm coming because I get off around the same time...then when I tried talking to him about the issue with the time, he gets an attitude and tells me that he will no longer rehab me after he was already paid to do so. He's good at what he does as far as the training but have a bad attitude and disrespectful. I don't care how well your talent is... having a foul attitude won't get success. I will never tell someone not to go but I hope that they don't have the same experience I had. God don't like ugly and people will reap what they sow...

We enjoyed the few times we could go workout, but the hours are very limited and we never got a key. That was frustrating asking and were told "next time"...every time. We just quit going
