Ascension Hotel

We had a great night in this hotel. From the time I called and inquired until I checked in at the desk, J Casey was pleasant, informative and hospitable. they were eager to help and make our stay comfortable. the pool was spectacular, the room was pretty clean with a nice cozy feel. Love the shower , tiled area in the front and this place is even pet friendly. The breakfast options were good and the hostesses did a great job keeping up and cleaning. Thanks for a comfy safe place for my family of 4

The customer service I received from day one has been wonderful. I had an issue getting something printed and I went to seek help front the desk and the ladies did not hesitate to assist me. They actually went above and beyond to ensure I walked away with the printed documents I very much needed! Karla and Shontell, you guys are amazing!

Now as far as the hotel, it's perfect! It's modern, updated, the rooms are huge and the bathroom is 🙌. The gym is a plus and the pool is tempting. I would stay here again!

Every time I asked for help, everyone help me with no hesitations. I been staying at a number of hotels since January 2019, this hotel has been friendly, cleanest, and well groomed hotel I've stayed in. They clean the rooms every day and if you need something in the middle of the night, they make sure your always satisfied. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel if or when their in this area. Thanks Best Western staff, your the best!

The hotel was very nice with big rooms that were also clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only issue I had was the low water pressure for the shower will definitely stay at this location again.

Sophie the bartender has great conversation and customer service, with multiple different beer and liquor to choose from, very new and clean hotel would definitely come back. Great place to watch a game and drink. Also the steak wraps were amazing

Newly renovated hotel in the Gonzales area. Great location, and the bar in the lobby is a great touch. Sophie and Kat, are awesome hostesses! Great drink prices, when they start serving food it will really kick this place up a notch.

Super nice rooms, very clean, gloriously comfortable beds. Excellent staff, the young lady running the bar was awesome with drink making and her customer service was beyond fabulous.

It was clean and comfortable and smelled new. The staff was polite, pleasant, and professional. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

We stayed here Labor Day weekend, great service! Clean room, AC worked great! Very accommodating to our pet! Highly recommend!

Sophie an Katherine from the bar was really awesome an helpful they checked me in an made sure I had towels an everything an they made sure I had excellent bar service! They need a raise!!!!!

Love this place stayed there around 1 month and the people are courteous the rooms very nice, spacious kitchenettes
