Hampton Inn Gonzales

Kevin help me out alot with checking in hats off to him keep up the good work overall this hotel was one of the best one I’ve stayed in clean with comfortable beds and lobby always smell breathable I would definitely recommend it to others

Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast and good parking. The room was ready, check in was smooth, and the only issue I ran into (dead battery on the card reader) was quickly resolved for me. The front desk at my check in was awesome and I hate that I missed her name.

No complaints. Staff was super friendly & within walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

The bedding was clean, we checked under mattress and cloth headboard for any bug sign….none. The bathroom was clean. Safe area. Helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast was a good variety and such a comfy eating area. I asked breakfast hostess if they had gravy. She said not today, but I have some in the fridge I can get for you. I said no no it’s not a big deal. She did it anyway. That is above and beyond service!

A gentleman by the name of Mason stated that he was the general manager. Initially, the customer service questionable, but it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. The manager was open and receptive to me as a customer and I really appreciate that. We all have our challenging days, so we must be respectful that someone else might be facing a challenge.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast overall a great place to stay.

This hotel is in a very nice and safe area and very close to shopping for everyone. The hotel is very clean, the staff very professional and the rooms were very clean. You can tell that the overall property is well maintained. Monique was very kind, sweet and helpful in all respects. We will be staying here again and probably again!

The nice lady in the breakfast area was so kind. I came in for breakfast just as she was closing and she made me feel so welcomed. I got some oatmeal and she went and got me some fresh fruit for my oatmeal that was already put away. I had traveled and not arrived until 2 a.m., that extra effort made my day! I appreciate it. I am so sorry I did not get her name as she was so kind and had the best smile! Thank you so very much for your hospitality! You are appreciated and you made a difference to me!

Great hotel for a good price! Very clean, loved the modern touches. Breakfast was very good. We’ll probably stay here from now on.

We spent March 10th at the Inn. It was just great, neat and clean. The staff did such a great job taking care of us. We had breakfast also. The lady in charge of the buffet seemed to go the extra mile to have everything just right. I would say you have a keeper.
The pool was great.
We really enjoyed the warmer weather. We live in New England. There have been many days below zero this winter.

My company hosted a training event here for 2 days and the experience was wonderful. I was the coordinator for the event so I interacted with the hotel staff a lot. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Thank you Hampton Inn Gonzales!

We are so pleased with the accommodations here at the Hampton Inn!! Not just the comfortable, sanitized room.. but even more so with the Management and staff!! They are so helpful and friendly!! They have gone out of their way to take care of us!! This is the first time we've traveled during this Covid pandemic.. So glad we chose this Hampton..they have a fantastic system in place for their customers protection! Thanks guys!

Pros: customer service, courteous staff, extremely comfy bed, blankets, pillows, decent enough ac.

Cons: att internet, pay to get better internet but prob still garbage internet. Again att. The hotel coffee was atrocious.

Tip: call before you go to a hotel. Ask who provides the internet, if it's fully free wifi, and if you can fully control the ac.

We had a great stay. It was a staycation for us. Or main reason for picking them was the indoor heated saltwater pool. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Only thing I would mention was the pop up on the tv. Like the TV was set to sales floor/ display setting.

I was trying to call Home 2suites to get some information but there phone was having issues. I ended up calling Hampton Inn to ask the questions I was gonna ask Home 2suites and I spoke with Shawna she was able to answer the questions I had. She was very nice polite and Super friendly you can tell she is all about providing great customer service thank you Shawna your a sweetheart! I appreciate your help.

The Hampton Inn in Gonzales Louisiana is close to the highway and to several restaurants from fast food to sit down. The hotel is clean and everything appears almost new. Staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the standard Hampton Inn breakfast very much. The only downside was the rooms are less than sound proof, otherwise a great room and a great night.

I love hampton inns. The place is big has an indoor pool which is convenient. The staff has all been friendly and courteous. Conveniently located just off the highway enough to have less traffic flying by but not too far away. I do wish it had more parking but that has only been an issue one time.

Friendly staff, rooms were clean as well. Fitness center was clean too.
