Incredible service from Dina, Jimmie and crew. Friendly and professional. They worked quickly & thoroughly, and had very reasonable prices. Really can't say enough good things about this location; I've used them multiple times for tire issues over the years and they always come through for me.

I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. Both Jimmy and Chris were both very informative about products and services. The product quality is consistently outstanding info, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Lastly, the ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

Jimmy and Jason are amazing. Friday at 2:30 before a long holiday weekend they were able to fix my surprise flat tire quickly. I had them add an oil change and some new wipers as well. As a realtor my car is my office so time is of the essence. Just a great experience. Thank you guys.

I’m usually a client for oil changes and tire management at another Mavis location in Savannah, but after a recent visit I instantly recognized a drastic decline in leadership and morale. I decided to take a chance and go to this Victory Dr location and I was instantly greeted by Shawn— who is both professional and knowledgeable! I didn’t realize he was the manager until later. He is a humble leader who leads a great team! There’s nothing misleading or unclear, as a customer who understands vehicles to a decent degree, I still have questions and concerns- which Shawn expressed clarity and confidence… with excellent communication. Jason and Dina were amazing. Brought my car and my wife's car in today for an alignment as well as my wife needed tires. I asked for my car to be checked to see if I needed and tune up( which it didn't) Jason showed me what the diagnostic report said and was honest with me that I didn't need a tune up just the alignment. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need as other shops have done in the past. We were walking ins this morning at about 12 o clock and they had us in and out with in a reasonable time frame. I wish I could give more stars for the service I received today. I will be coming to this location any time my wife or I need work done on our vehicle that they provide service for.

Brought my truck in as a walk in for 2 tires needing patches and was immediately met with a great attitude. Wonderful staff, Jimmy the manager was very personable and helped me more than I had expected. Told me 30 minutes and sure enough, in just about that time, my truck was ready waiting for me. Everyone at Mavis was incredible! They replaced my tire (which had a huge nail and it was not located in an area that was able to be patched) in less than 2 hours, answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained everything. Thank you all so much.

I needed a tire changed 30 minutes before closing, & they were nice to do it, without an appointment. Service was great, & inexpensive.

Purchased tires, tire balance, pressure sensors and alignment from another dealer. The other dealer was unable to properly align and balance my new tires. Brought my vehicle to Jimmy at the Victory Mavis. They quickly balanced & aligned my tires, they also caught where 2 of the tire pressure sensors were improperly installed and a tire was way over inflated. Jimmy and the team at Victory Mavis were very professional and got me in right away. Would recommend this Mavis to everyone.

Dina was awesome to work with. I had to get back home to North Carolina and she made it happen. She got us back on the road quick.

My car needed alignment. jason general manager at Mavis immediately helped me and solve my issue immediately he helped in every possible way I had a good experience. Customer service is excellent and they live by the golden rule. I highly recommend them!

The woman with the glasses provided excellent customer service. She talked me through my purchase and made sure I understood everything. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner.
