I had to get new tires after I had one blow out. The service was amazing. Johnny Got me in fast and explained everything very well. I liked the service so much I was back the next day for an oil change and have scheduled our other vehicle for next weekend. I will be recommending to anyone who asks and will be using them for years to come.

Finding a mechanic shop you can trust is one of the most important things to have. Saying that, I really love this Berwick Goodyear location! Came in for an oil change...nothing fancy. But I received such AMAZING customer service from their store manager, Dwayne, that I will continue to come back for all my cars' needs. Another tech, Johnny...also super friendly, knowledgeable, and nice to chat with when I drop off/pick up. I've always been super satisfied with the quality of their work at this Goodyear, and don't feel like I'm being charged an arm and a leg. Nothing but GOOD things to say, and I'm super grateful for the overall kindness of Dwayne. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend these guys!! Dwayne and his team went above and beyond for us when we really needed help with tires for our RV. Traveling from Florida to PA, we had two blowouts with the cheap tires that were on it, and decided we needed to replace all five tires with good ones before going any further. Dwayne made it happen same day, instead of having to wait overnight to get all five tires. With professionalism, the highest customer care, and a team of great guys all chipping in, we were happily on our way in record time. Can you say Expediter?? Thank you and bless you Dwayne and team! John Wells was excellent!! He was very courteous, informative and he was able to get the vehicle done very quickly. I was 5 hours from home on a Saturday and still 4 hours away from my destination when my tire basically came apart - stranding me on the side of the Interstate. I was very distraught and wasn’t sure what to do and he helped make a very poor experience into a a much more positive one. He not only helped facilitate a new tire, but he also recommended replacing a second tire as well to prevent a similar experience occurring due to the age of the tires. The service here has been exemplary. I’ve had occasions where I needed my tires checked for tire pressure and it was done complementary. Mr. Dwayne Halsey, Store Manager, and the employees at Goodyear Tire are professional and provide excellent customer service.

Johnny is excellent with customer care. I bought 4 new tires this past January. He explained the road hazzard warranty. I was reluctant to buy the warranty because I never buy service agreements but after listening to him explain it, I bought it. I was so glad I did! I busted a tire the next month! I was so glad I bought that roadside hazzard agreement. Thank you Johnny for taking the time to explain it.

It's a novel y'all 😂 This is by far the favorite of my auto service places. And trust me when I tell you that as a woman going to a mechanic shop, alone no less, I was not ever made to feel like I was being taken advantage of. And yes, THAT is a big deal. Mr. Johnny and Mr. Dwayne and their entire team go way above and beyond any expectations I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing in any machine shop. On the day I stopped in I needed an oil change. I had only just gotten my 20t yr old lil pick-up truck from a family member that hardly used it so it needed (and I'm still slowly getting it done) a tune up. But the oils gotta be right so... Up until this day I had only just been checking the fluids and adding as needed. So I knew the levels were fine. Well, I've taken a few losses in my family come lately, so I let checking the fluids kinda slip my mind as well you can imagine. Needless to say, the fact that even as busy and chaotic as the day could have been for them, they took the time to actually have a conversation with me when I stopped in that day. Mr. Johnny was greeting me from behind the front desk when I walked in. As was multiple mechanics putting down the turn around on the carousel of vehicles being serviced. Nice steady hum in the place. Everyone is friendly at least by way of a smile. I tell Mr. Johnny that I'm just there for an oil change and an inspection of my rear right tire due to some fluid that stays on the back side, undercarriage truck side, of it. And no, it wasn't cat spray 😆 and yes I did keep checking to see if it was cats spray 😆 before I made the decision to get it checked out. And now I know that THIS must have something to do with the breaks cause I have to keep adding fluid. Hence the reason I chose to get it checked. (Not trying to be an a... but it's already a short story status here 😭😂 ) When they get my truck on the rack to do the work, NO OIL CAME OUT 🤯 my truck has been running just fine 😭 THAT'S GOD!❤ cause that man came back and said that there was no oil in my truck (except when he took off the filter and the lil bit it had in it) but no ma'am nothing came out of the pan to drain. I don't have an oil leak because they checked behind my checking and my engine isn't coated in oil and there's no oil dripage in my driveway 😊 also God. I had been talking with him about everything I thought to be an issue and where I was at with circumstances and he reminded me what I was doing was only just a bandaid. (We're talking breaks here folks cause I know it's pricey so I gotta get there lol) THAT'S where Mr. Dwayne pops round the corner of the office and said "It's like you just said, you gotta get there! 😆 And Don't play with your safety" I said I know. Or others for that matter that's why I'm with y'all trying to make sure I'm doing correct for what I can in the moment till I can get the full work done. 😊 He and Mr. Johnny were so kind and polite to acknowledge that I'm human and treated me with the care and dignity they would the women in their own families. I will definitely be going here for service on my truck as long as I can.

One stop shop. In and out in less than 20mins. Ask for Dwayne and he will take care of it. No matter the issue. #InGoodyearWeTrust

We were visiting the area from out of town and had a tire blow out late in the afternoon. We limped into their shop on a donut and they agreed to work us in and look at our needs. They didn’t stock the replacement tire we needed but said they could have it overnight. Fortunately we had overnight accommodations so we’re able to make an appointment for the next morning. We arrived at our appointment time, they had the tire and an hour later we were back on the road. Terri and Dwayne were friendly, considerate to our situation and so helpful. During our times in the waiting area we noticed a lot of other individuals visiting this business.

Dwayne and Johnny at this Goodyear Auto Service are both absolute saviors! We were on a trip down from Savannah, and had a flat tire that was real hard to find. They fixed it on the spot and saved our vacation. I highly recommend.

(Berwick Village) Go anywhere else , there's Tons of service and repair shops that certainly won't genuinely care, don't take pride in their service or work, that won't even know your name, or care, that will Gladly tell you where to slide or tap your debit or credit card, and toss you your keys. This Goodyear Shop, isn't that place. You, the consumer, The person, your vehicle, despite model, year, make will be 110% fully taken well care of. Beyond highly recommend. I, my friends, co-workers, family won't go Anywhere else. 5 star and THENSOME.

While I was in the store last Saturday buying tires on my daughter and I needed tiers for my S55 AMG, Mercedes, Dwayne and Johnnie help me they were real knowledgeable about the sales that they had going on and help me to purchase two new tires even though I did not know if they would work they help me to find the size of the tire The right tires to use and they were perfect. I really appreciate the help. They were very knowledgeable about the business and about Customer Service. I really appreciate them.

My family was traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania when our car started shaking and when we called Goodyear Dwayne answered and was very respectful and helped us with everything we needed immediately.
