This location is absolutely incredible when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I purchased a brand new Dell desktop and Derreck has been extremely awesome and helpful throughout the rent-to-own process. I recommend this location to anyone needing to furnish a home or in need of electronics. I will be purchasing from here again soon.

I LOVE the Douglasville, GA Store Location!!!!! Derrick and Rachel are the absolute best at customer service and satisfaction!!!! They've definitely changed my entire point of view of the rent a center franchise!!! I LOVE my new bedroom set, fireplace TV Stand, and the delivery/assembly process was quick and easy going!!! Thanks Rachel for showing me this bedroom set! It's more than what I even imagined it would be! And Thank U Derrick for the wonderful delivery and you alls customer service!!! I will never go to any other rent a center store!!!

Hello RAC Team! Forgive me in advance for rambling but this is worth it. I am a long time customer of the location in Douglasville. Over the years, I have had such an amazing experience. The customer service has always been absolutely exceptional from start to finish.

Everybody experiences hardships and unforeseen circumstances. I recently went through a storm of having my rented property sold by the owner from under myself and children within a months notice, to losing my vehicle to transmission failure, to starting a new job, and maintaining my studies at GSU. At the time, I was experiencing serious financial setbacks. RAC made a way through it all!!

The general manager, Derek, has been most professional. He is understanding, down to earth, patient, and a listening man. If I ever encountered a few bumps on the road, he is surely there to get you "squared away" and back on track. He is highly dependable and always does his best to finds ways to make it work for his customers. He is most fair and within reason. I have never experienced such attentiveness and compassion for customers needs. It is out of the world amazing.

THANK YOU Derek, Rachel, Josh and all RAC team members for going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and a valued customer. Overall, I cannot express enough of Derek's dedication to providing the best customer services. It is truly commendable. I sincerely appreciate it all. Sean was AWESOME!!!! I hadn’t arrived at the new house yet when he arrived. Instead of just leaving and going to the next customer, Sean came to my old house looking for me! He was awesome! Had me up and running in minutes!!!!!!

Omg I so much appreciate Mr.Derek today he came and put my bed together and then help take down my mount that’s I been trying to get down the past year. I love how he came in and got straight to work and before leaving he made sure that if I had any questions or concerns they was addressed btw I didn’t have any problems questions or concerns. They accommodated my schedule and made it a quick, easy move. Amp moved all my furniture in the house being very careful and quick. I just had an wonderful experience with Becca ant this rent a canter location. First I was greeted very professionally and She was so genuinely nice. She called me with In 30 minutes of my request and finished up helping me within the hour. She was very hands on in assisting me and got me a great deal. Amazing experience!! The first product i wanted wasn't available so the store associate found a product in the same price range that was even better!! They made the process super easy and convenient and worked with my crazy schedule for delivery. Highly recommend you wont be disappointed!!

I am very excited about my Washer and dryer! Customer service was awesome! I told him what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations and recommend them if you are looking to invest in some great furniture/appliances.

After searching for an adjustable bed for several days, someone recommended Rent-A-Center. I checked their website and found exactly what I needed. I completed the order; 5 minutes later Michael called. He provided the link for me to complete the financial part of the transaction. I completed that in 10 minutes and called Michael back. He setup the delivery for early the next morning. My search was over!!!! The transaction took less than 20 minutes and I didn’t have to leave the house!!!! Great customer service!!!!!

It was fast they were very nice they had one play station 4 left and it was a pro but flex shopping online was going to charge me same price for regular play station 4. The sales associate was very nice and helpful.also the manage was great loved talking to him also we talked about my grand daughter and his son and daughter. Thumbs up to noth of them.

RAC is a shopper's dream. Friendly staff, great prices, timely delivery, and quality products. Ever in need of furniture or appliances for your home, give Brian or Jay a call. They make the process super quick and easy. They share knowledge based on the individual. If you are on a stricter budget, they will give you the best deals, as well as, great information on how to pay off the merchandise in a timely manner to save money. Don't forget the delivery crew. These guys always show my home the utmost respect. They get the job done AND unlike most places, I never have any issues with damaged property. They treat everything with care. All of my experiences have been great. I highly recommend RAC-Carrollton.

Rent a Center in Carrollton has been great! They made the buying process so quick and simple and we’re very reliable and informative every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers as their customer service is impeccable.
