Needed a new phone since mine was no longer charging. Came to this location and was helped by Angie, hands down best service I've had from a Verizon store so far. Helpful, informative, and knowledgeable on all the devices. She was able to find a promotion the worked for me and the upgrade I needed. Thank you.

My experience at this location was great. The representative that assisted me was very patient with my not so easy situation. He communicated all of my options clearly and was able to assist me. I overheard his colleague assisting other customers while I was being helped and he seemed to be just as helpful with his customers. Don't find customer service like this much anymore. Thanks for making a not so easy issue a great experience!

Logan was very helpful! While upgrading 3 phones for our family, he was very thorough in explaining prices and plans, as well as patient with several of the questions we asked. I didn’t catch the name of the other worker, but there was a dark haired woman who was very helpful and friendly as well!

We went by yesterday with plans to upgrade both me and my fiancé’s phones, we came in and was greeted right away by DJ if I remember his name correctly, his tag said store manager. He was amazing and extremely helpful! We both upgraded our phones and are loving them! Thanks DJ for great service and patience!

I have had to go to this store twice in the past couple of weeks and Aaron has been amazing both times! He is so friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store! He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our service and walked out happy. This man was able to help more than one customer at a time without missing a beat. This will be the only store I visit from now on!

Made getting and transferring to new phones not only easy but a very pleasant experience! Have never received better customer service in my life! Aaron does a fantastic job and we most definitely will be back again!
