My pharmacy emailed me to let me know my medications were at the post office. It was closing time and i arrived after 5pm (5min). I held up my notice and one of the ladies came to see what i needed. After telling here it was high blood pressure and i had been out a couple of days. This angel took the notice and returned with my meds and allowed me to hug her. Even though this is not the closest facility, my box has been here about 15 years. I love them and they are always courteous even when people act ugly. The staff of this post office is friendly and helpful and deserving of much better reviews than I’m seeing on here.

Victory Drive branch- Savannah, Georgia We had difficulty with receiving a package and the supervisor of the branch quickly cut through all of the “red tape” and solved the problem.
I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because we could never get through by phone - could never get an answer.

Have you on hold what seems like FOREVER.

This is a horribly run post office. Most of the people who work there are rude and nasty. I can't even talk with anyone about the fact my mail carrier/s keep putting my packages in the wrong mail boxes or front door. I'm waiting on these packages to full-fill orders for my business. What a horrible excuse for a post office. And yet the prices keep going up.

Extremely disappointed,

I am an 80% disabled vet with PTSD and my package had my medication I ordered from a company who I’ve been using for the past 5 years,
Only to find out the delivery was not even attempted and it was returned to sender.

Because my name did not match the post office on file (I am traveling and using my partners address) This is ridiculous, that notification SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN before THE PACKAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND USPS SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED ME AND VERIFIED IF I WAS AT “SAID” address. Now I have to wait an entire weekend for them to open up until Monday.
Shame on USPS and its staff for allowing this.

To anyone else traveling good luck on your packages because apparently you need your post office on file otherwise they won’t send. (Customer rep told me this)

1. If address is different on file, then ASK CUSTOMER IF THEY ARE THERE AT SAID ADDRESS AND VERIFY

2. LET CUSTOMER KNOW 2 DAYS BEFOREHAND

3. WHERE IS YOUR COMMON SENSE??

Would leave zero stars if I could. This is literally the worst post office in the country. They have lost four of my packages in the past month-- two they marked delivered to my house they claimed were "stolen" despite no evidence to suggest that... so I decided to try using a PO box instead-- they marked two more packages delivered to the PO box that have never turned up. They never answer the phone and the supervisor is never available if you stop by.

DO NOT trust any personnel working in this Post Office. Three (3) packages with pre-paid labels dropped off in July 2023 … never made it into the USPS System (SmartPostal labels).

The mail in our neighborhood may go to any of our neighbors. This person can't read at all. We have to sort our mail every day 366, 368, 370 are always in the wrong box. The boxes are clearly marked. They got to do better.
