AT&T Store

Awesome service the other day! The representative is a military spouse and that for one is amazing! She reviewed my plan, found me updates and upgrades all while lowering my overall monthly bill. She assisted me with a purchase of two phones for my sons, helped set them up with parental controls. I’m considering going back this week to upgrade the three other phones on my family plan!

Elizabeth was awesome, very personable and knowledgeable. Working alone with several customers in the store she was able to interact with everyone and still make you feel like you were the only one in the store. A+

Fenton was amazing when I came to the store. He helped me set up my watch and new phone with no problems!

I visited the AT&T store in Richmond Hill on Black Friday and Christina was the customer service representative who helped me. I could tell she was very popular because she had many customers come in to see her that day to make purchases. She was very attentive, caring, sweet, a super energetic. She listen to what my needs were and got me the best deal she could. I ended upgrading my phone and getting a tablet and some additional accessories for my phone and tablet. I would most definitely drive out my way to visit her, because I KNOW I will receive superlative customer service! AT&T definitely has a great asset keeping her on board. I upgraded both my phone and tablet about a month ago. The service I received was great. Caite was extremely patience in answering my questions and making the transfer. This is my third visit for assistance. Again, she was extremely professional and patient.

My husband and I have been to this at&t store twice and both times we have had a wonderful experience with Rene. He carefully and thoroughly explained every intricate detail of our new at&t and direct tv contract. He used a plain sheet of paper and wrote down every section of our contract. He also made sure that we received the best deal possible. Hands down we would say Rene has been the best and most honest salesman/manager we have ever met. If you come to this store you will be taken care of.

I had the best experience with buying a new phone today, I was tired of the service with T-Mobile. I got the iPhone 12 Pro Max! Justin Reid was patient, kind, and honest. I would recommend anyone to switch to AT&T, but ask for Justin Reid at the Richmond Hill store. Thank you again Justin!

Michaela is phenomenal. She was training a new team member, handling a multitude of customer needs, and all while getting me squared away with the options I wanted. I came in crunched for time and she was great!

This store is a hidden gem in Richmond hill. It has a whole new team and they actually love taking care of people. Justin, Miah and Alexis is very friendly and knowledgeable. Go here, you won’t be disappointed!

I had to come in to this location today to purchase a new phone. It was emergent since mine was destroyed and I use my phone for work. Kamalena Jones helped me when I came in and I am extremely pleased with my service. I don’t think I have ever walked into an ATT store before and been in and out with in an hour. She didn’t only help me find the phone I needed but she additionally helped me distract my one year old so I could finish setting my phone up and signing the paper work. I highly recommend this ATT store and know anyone who gets the pleasure to work with Mrs. Jones will be satisfied. Thank you for all your hard work!

Earlier this year, I used this AT&T location to go through the painful process of switching from Android to iPhone. Caitlyn helped me through the entire 2-day ordeal. She is the most patient, knowledgeable, and kindest cellular service representative that I’ve ever met. Visiting the store I was greeted and given the best service from the ladies here than any other store I've been in! Helped me understand the phones, the plans, the way AT&T works !
