I live in Richmond Hill and every time I go to this UPS store, the employees are professional and friendly. Today, I needed help with a situation regarding a package that was not delivered to the given address and Vanessa was able to help me in a very respectful and professional way. She made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Vanessa! …and thanks to UPS for the great service in Richmond Hill.

Go here for shipments and Amazon returns. Vanessa there is the notary there and she is absolutely AMAZING. Quick and knowledgeable. Super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!

Being new to Richmond Hill and in need of Notary Public services for three documents, I was helped by Vanessa who was very professional and thorough. During my visit, I noticed the other clerks in the store were fast, friendly and efficient, also. So, not only did I receive professional Notary service, I found my nearest UPS Store for shipping! I have used this store several times in the past 6 months to drop off Amazon returns. The employees that served me were respectful and efficient. Some were friendlier than others, but we all occasionaly have a bad day.

I'm kind of shocked by all of the bad reviews on here. This UPS store has been phenomenal since day 1 of going there. I ship several items a week & they have ALWAYS helped me to the best of their ability. I shipped a 50" Smart TV & forgot to pack the remote with it. An hour later, I returned with the remote & the AWESOME lady working there made sure that it was put with the TV even after it had left the building. THAT is great customer service! The ladies that work in this store are always so nice & professional. Ignore the bad reviews on here... most likely those people had to wait in a line... (news flash), lines happen when several people show up at the same time! Great UPS store! To the ladies working there: THANK YOU! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

Having to participate in a closing from three states away is stressful but these ladies made it easy. These ladies are sharp eyed and didn’t miss a thing. Thank y’all so much!!!❤

I have been in this store often. Some of the employees recognize me, and greet me more like an acquaintance than a random customer.

I have been in this store a couple of times now and have always had a pleasant experience but I wanted to post my review and acknowledge the lady who assisted me, her badge said, "Loa Traineee". Let me just say that if she is indeed a trainee then this place is lucky to have her. She was not only knowledgeable about my transaction but I saw her grab a pamphlet and hand it to another employee so he could meet her needs as well, as someone from a customer service background I know when I spot a star and thos lady was friendly, engaging, smiling the entire time, helpful, knowledgeable and focused! She is for sure a keeper and I want to thank her because I walked in in a bad mood but walked out in a good one. Thanks!!!

Regular customer of multiple services at this location. I actually enjoying having to go spend money here. Sarah, Steven, and the whole crew always have a smile, a kind word, and excellent service. Can't recommend them enough. They are a real asset to our business.

Tove was so accommodating to our urgent needs and stayed late to make sure our package made it on the truck! If we are ever back in this area again and need to ship something we will definitely use this store! Thanks again!!

I have to use this location when I am in town for business. I LOVE the staff, and the location is easy to get in and out of. They always remember me by name and I feel so welcome when I go in.

The staff here always gives prompt efficient sevice. The store is well organized and clean. They make package shipping as easy as possible.the location is easy to access and is near other stores that I frequent which is great that I don't have to go out of the way to drop off a box to them.

This UPS store is super fast and efficient. Great customer service! The store is neat and clean, no problem to park and conveniently located to all your other needs.
