Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Savannah - Pooler

This is a no frills, well designed, clean hotel. We stay in Pooler one night several times a year. Would definitely return to this hotel. The rooms are not stocked with the usuals other than basics. The front desk, however, offers what you may need. They do not have a large breakfast bar. It's grab and go. I believe hotels like this can keep costs lower, avoid much waste as well as people not walking off with whatever's not nailed down.

First I wanted to point out the employees that work here are truly wonderful people. My family an I just moved here an while awaiting our home to be ready to move into, we stayed here for a whole month. I got to talk with so many folks coming and going. Mostly the employees there had my heart. Mr. Rader and Miss Maxine were such a treat for us. Very knowledgeable in the surrounding areas, we had amazing conversations that really helped my soul. I met front desk folks, to the wonderful woman that cleans and folds every linen in the whole building and has a passion of doing things correctly and beautifully. To her daughter that cleans the rooms to make it clean and homey for us weekly. Mr Rader was awesome. He told me so much history of Savannah, explained so much I'd never thought to even find out myself and now I'm obsessed with this area an all it has to offer. Not only was he super cool but that man takes pride in his work, he does his job and with a smile and a lovely personality. He was everywhere all over doing his work and it was cool to watch an learn alot. Now, here comes the part I'm sad to write....the amount of people not from this country is a nice way to say it...they have taken over this hotel. They have actual full on parties behind the dumpster till 1am. Beer never was empty, music, hanging out in the lobby in bigger groups over night, giving off unsafe feelings to the point to go outside I made sure I had my weapon. Didn't really allow my daughters to leave the room because of the activity they bring. Yes they are kind and smile, but pee in the stairs ways?? Not to mention the smoke alarm was being tripped by one dude that kept smoking up the whole floor so everyone suffered for it. The language barrier doesn't help any of this either. Now we were transferred to this area for a job
The job uses this hotel for recruiting others, I genuinely loved my stay here for a month long but something does need to change with guest safety. With the world in its current state, why risk others? Just had to say my peace. Thank you for a good experience an more importantly thank you for employees that truly love what they do and do it very well

We travel up and down the East coast every year or so and on our way out of and back on to Florida, we make a point to stop here. It’s an easy drive up from where we live and it’s always a great place to rest before the last leg home. Clean, quiet, always friendly, Pooler is a fast growing town with plenty to eat and do. Wish the rooms had just a little more and once in a blue moon you might spot some cleaner on the counters. But we have never had a poor experience.

Our experience at this hotel was outstanding. The manager Michael, was a life saver for us with amazing guest service. This past September, my fiancé and I were traveling from FL to NC to visit family, and 4 hours into our trip we experienced a medical emergency. We obviously couldn’t finish driving another 6 hours to our destination, and after calling countless hotels between Brunswick and Pooler, Michael was the only person who offered any help to us. We were traveling with our dog, making finding a room extremely difficult, even for hotels advertising as “pet-friendly”. This was the only hotel we found that was fully pet friendly with zero hoops to jump through or contingencies that made our travels with our dog difficult. Michael was amazing in helping us get booked, and even called with a heads up that the elevator was currently out of order. The communication/guest service was comparable to what we often experience at places like Disney/Universal. We will always be thankful for Michael and his staff that day, and have already decided to keep returning for all of our road trips to NC to make our trips easier!

Nice hotel that is centrally located. Close to the outlets and restaurants in Pooler and only about a 20 min drive to Savannah. Will definitely stay here again. Everyone was very nice and courteous.

Fast check in and check out process. I enjoyed my one night stay. The studio was clean and spacious.

The most important thing is how well I slept. Shower water temperature was perfect. Face cloth, hand towels and body towels were supplied.

Great location, just minutes from lots of eateries, Publix supermarket, Tangier Outlets and more.

And a five minute ride to the airport.

I would definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area.

The manager Michael was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We arrived early and let us check in early. We had a special family need that he generously accommodated. We will definitely be returning and this will be our home away from home.

So close to the airport which is great! The grounds and the rooms are kept very clean and I appreciated that. EVERY time I went outside to walk my dog I saw Rader/Thierry cleaning and sweeping and taking care of things. He was so friendly and kind and hard working! The daytime manager was very accommodating with everything I needed and she was flexible with me regarding some challenges in my schedule related to the check out time. Customer service is a big deal to me and these guys epitomize the beauty of Southern hospitality. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. P.S. They have the best racks for carrying your luggage up to the room. I wish all the hotels had this kind.

Stayed here 2/28. Everything was great. Requested first floor room for our dog and got one. Super clean suite located near many restaurants. Would highly recommend .. .we'll be back!

Our stay here was great. The staff was nice and the room was really clean. I loved that there was no carpet in our room. Made it feel so much cleaner than other hotel rooms. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well. I would stay here again.

staying at extended stay was a great experiace. Like everything it has good and bad moments like everything else. I lived their for 5 months nothing goes
perfect in life so giving a bad review to a business for something that is out of their control isn't fair. What does matter is how they handle the situation. I was there with a group on business. Were a total of 24 men, making sure they didn't get in trouble was more of a challenge but I will say that management is very respectful patient and helpful. The few employees that were rude did not work there anymore after we complained. I was in the 4th floor with a 4 year old and a 6 year old who is Autistic and never once did i get a call that we were to loud. They were kind to move us to the first floor in a handicap room the night manager Craig is Good as Gold I repaired my car and helped others and they never once said anything to me. The facility is very clean Michael the manager also a good person not to mention his assistant manager and Jose another good person and all of these persons worked there the whole time. I will recommend
That hotel to anyone because overall its clean the empleyes are experienced it is in the best location if you end up in pooler GA. You have a lot of businesses at a walking distance you dont feel crammed, laundry room, Gym outdoor sitting area nice lobby breakfast/sitting area and good dervice

This hotel was surprisingly nice! Super clean and located in a great area. I was traveling from Florida to Maryland (a 1000 mile road trip) I decided to stay overnight in the Savannah area near of the I-95. I was very happy to see a fairly modern and commercial area, with different well-known stores and many options for restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores. Upon entering the hotel, Reese, the receptionist was very friendly, attentive and professional, then when I opened the door of the room I was very pleased with feel the cleanliness and comfort. totally worth.

Only stayed for one night. Pet friendly room was woods flooring, but it exceeded expectations. 2 queens with a counter top that had a sink and STOVETOP, a microwave and a full size fridge. Bathroom was also very clean and lighting is great. Lighting in the whole room was pretty spot on. The window was smaller but the curtain rolls up so it was different. There’s no breakfast because of COVID regulations but there is no shortage of restaurants in the Pooler area. It’s a big business district with a big nightlife scene. Would not recommend eating out at night because places are crowded. Do yourself a favor and order take out and eat back in your room. It’s nice! Front desk worker was very nice!

Very clean and spacious hotel room. Good location off I-95. Was a great midway point for my road trip to florida. Lots of places around to get food. If the price is right this is definitely a good choice

Craig was so kind and all smiles after a long day on the road. The room was so inviting, clean and the bed and sheets were a dream!! The location was great! Right next to everything but safely set back.

Nice location off of 95 , 19 minutes from Keller flea market. The room was very clean , prices very reasonable for last minute travel. The staff is super friendly. ****Bonus close to Tanger Outlet .....lots of places to eat and shop !
