I am 7 months pregnant, and my wife wakes up daily with lower back pain. Needless to say, we were in desperate need of a new mattress. We kept putting it off, with the hopes of avoiding the aggressive salesman approach to make a purchase.

Thankfully, we found Mario - who, after a quick phone call, met us early the next morning. We tested out many mattresses, and he shared specific information about each one. He listened carefully to what our needs were - our likes and dislikes - and gave us great recommendations on a couple of different brands. They varied in prices, so I know he wasn't just trying to "sell us" the most expensive brand. My wife likes a soft bed, and I prefer a firmer one, so it was difficult to agree...or so we thought.

We ended up choosing the new Prema Mattress with adjustable bases, and it was EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED! These twin XL mattresses enabled us to choose the type of mattress we each wanted, so we were both comfortable. After a full nights sleep on our new bed, I am happy to report that there is no back pain or discomfort for either one of us! We both slept over 8 hours (which is rare) and woke up fully rested.

I am so thrilled we found Mario and Mattress by Appointment (MBA). The customer service is excellent, and the product is top-notch - for half of the price. I strongly recommend MBA - you won't regret it!

I shopped online and stopped by a couple other better known brand name stores before I purchased from Mattress By Appointment Largo because of Product Knowledge, Fair Prices and keeping their word on the details of the price quote and purchase. I am sleeping much better now :)

I bought a mattress from here for my wife a while back and we are rather happy with it. I am buying a mattress for myself, because we have a split king bed. They have some nice mattresses that are memory foam and cool to the touch. Mario is really great about getting back to you once you call to make the appointment and he's happy to answer all your questions when you're there. Prices are reasonable.

My first impression I was unsure about the quality and selection of mattress however after speaking with Amanda and Mario they were very friendly and understanding to my schedule. I got an excellent deal and with the option for delivery. I was impressed with the selection of mattress sets and pricing. Lastly if you are a side sleeper you must get the z shoulder gel dough pillow. Thank you Mario and Amanda for your friendliness and accommodating my schedule. I will definitely be back and refer my friends and family. Highly recommend! One stop shop, convenient and fast. Not pushy sales approach. Thank you both!

Good prices, finally found a comfortable mattress for my pregnant wife, who likes support and pressure relief and a pillow for myself. The Premasleep was a great choice for her. Good customer service. Shipping times are longer due to covid, but true for every other place. Mario is very informative and easy to work with. I have bought another mattress from this franchise in the past and am very happy with my choices. Good alternative to over priced store brands. They have mattresses that are made by some big brand stores too. Nice to be able to try out the mattress before you buy. online can't match that. No high pressure sales tactics either.

I had a very good experience here. Very perfessional and helpful on getting a mattress that I needed. I have had my mattress for about 2 weeks and so far, everything is turning out well and I sleep so much better now. I was informed very well about the different mattresses and what would be good for me. I am pleased with my purchase and the professionalism I received when I needed help figuring out the differences in mattresses. I would recommend coming here for the great customer service and the professional service on buying a new mattress.

Where do I start! We moved here from Colorado and at 9pm we realized we didn't buy our mattress. I called Mario and him and his wonderful family met us at the largo location. He gave us a great deal and he even has a trailer to move the mattress. He was so kind and helpful, we couldn't have asked for a better welcome to the state. DO NOT BUY ANYWHERE ELSE BEFORE CHECKING HERE FIRST!

I was in the market for a new bed for my growing teenager. I called several mattresses stores as well as calling around and basically getting the run-around. When I got ahold of Tim, I was certain he would be able to accommodate my needs and budget!! I was right! I was able to find the perfect mattress because of Tim. Had a great experience shopping here. The appointment only is great because you are the only one in the store and there is no rush to help this customer or that customer or both at the same time if you know what i mean. He isnt trying to just make a sale he wants you to get something YOU are comfortable with. Couldn't be happier with the beds i bought for myself and my family and if you havent tried the gel pillow give Tim a call to check it out it is amazing so worth every dollar. I am going to be buying a second one as my bf tries to use mine any chance he can get his hands on it. def check this place out!

I just moved and was looking for a good priced mattress just to have something to move in to, Tim was very understanding and easy to talk to. Great place. Went there with a specific budget and we aren't up saled anything. The gentleman working did all he could to work with us. Offered a paid in full discount and even threw in delivery for us. Highly recommended and will return if the need ever arises for anything mattress related.
