Great experience in purchasing our new mattress yesterday! Elijah was new but very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with the help of his team. We had some good laughs as they helped us find the best option to fit our needs and budget. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new mattress.

He answered all my questions and explained the different features of the mattresses, which made it easy to choose the perfect one for me. I want to Mattress Firm and was helped by Joe Klein. I have to say he was wonderful!! It's very hard today to experience any decent customer service, but I can say that I received absolutely excellent service from Joe. He listened to what I wanted and gave me multiple options and didn't try to to talk me into something that I didn't want news or ask for. As far as I'm concerned you should have Joe train new hires!!! He's a keeper!!!! And because of him I will shop at mattress firm again!!!! Thanks Joe
