My husband and I are customers at Health Aid on Jasper. They are always friendly and work with you to ensure you have the proper equipment, item and the specialists Brian helps with Medicare shoes. Just purchased a great electronic chair that is meeting our needs. I give this business Kudos!

We had a sudden need for a rental wheel chair while on vacation. These guys were very helpful. They are great to deal with and have a large inventory of rental equipment as well as items for sale. Highly recommend!

Went in looking for a light-weight portable wheelchair for my 91 year old mother.
Joe was very informative and showed me lots of different choices with the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend this company.

I have been there three times and each time they quickly taken care of my needs. First time was a purchase. The other two times were repairs to my rollator. They were pleasant while I waited for the repairs to be done.

I went shopping for an electrical reclining chair a week ago. I decided to go to this store - the one in largo - just to look at their inventory. I thought I was going to have to visit many different stores, to find the appropriate recliner for my upcoming surgery recuperating period. What a surprise when I entered the store and met Bryan the medical rep. He was patient, helpful, and answered all of my questions. I tried all the possible recliners and Bryan explained all the qualities of each. Bryan really put the time and the effort. I did not buy the chair that day, but I left feeling very happy and like the worry of not finding one was gone.
I came back to buy the chair a few days later. I was serviced by Doug and I had again a really good experience with him. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable plus he explained all the buying steps easily. Again a very nice surprise.
Today my chair was delivered by a young man named Carlos. He is a Technician for the company because he not only delivers but explains how to use the control of the chair. Again, friendly, attentive, patient. We went thru the settings, me trying the chair out, asking all sorts of questions regarding the recliner. The delivery experience was actually very easy and pleasant.
I was very surprised overall at the high level of service this company has. The employees do a job above and beyond average in giving the customers great service. What a pleasant experience this has been for me. I am so, so happy I found them. Now, that I am a senior I will have a place I can go to for my healthcare needs.
By the way, I spent a good 2 hours browsing the store the first time and I noticed that the customers that came in were treated very nicely and were cared for.

Very nice company Doug even called the nursing home to get approval for my Mother to use a battery operated wheelchair at the facility. They go above and beyond to help.

Just a pleasure! Had relatives visiting from out of town, one of which is disabled and needed a wheelchair since they had flown. I called Health Aid Company at the last minute and was fortunate to speak with Doug who not only got me what was quite possibly the last rental wheelchair in the Clearwater area during a busy holiday weekend, but was also kind and very friendly to explain the process, which was way easier than I thought. Many thanks Doug and staff for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service experience all around. You will continue to be our non-stop shopping location for any medical supply needs we will have in the future.

First time I've gone to this store; first time shopping for compression socks. Even though I was making such a minor purchase, one of the clerks there gave me lots of time and help. Helped me size and try on the exact style I needed, gave me tons of advice as to care and do's and don'ts (don't dry them in a dryer!), answered questions I didn't even have the knowledge to ask. Really helpful. Unhurried, too. Would come here again.

I bought a lift chair from HAC and it is so comfortable! My husband and I fight over it and race to see who can get to it first. We might have to save up for another. Greg was personable and professional in his presentation. He takes the time to find out what your needs are. I can't say enough good things about him. We love him! I will definately return and do business with Greg.

This medical store store is very clean! They must have a excellent vacuum cleaner because there is not a piece of dust in the store! The selection is wonderful and everything looks very nice. Even the outside of the store is clean! They had exactly what I needed! Thank you!

My wife injured her foot a few weeks ago. We searched all over the area for a knee scooter. Doug only had two left and without hesitation put one on hold for me. Today, it was time to return it and I arrived a few minutes late and they were already closed. I resigned myself to come back another day (it's close to an hour round trip). As I was putting it back in my car, they opened the door and called me back in. Super nice about it and went out of their way to provide extra service.

I called thinking I was calling a different company. Valerie answered I let her know I had a script for my adult daughter for a wheelchair and wanted to know the process. She was so pleasant and thorough taking time to listen to my concerns and explain and provide information. I asked if she would be there because I wanted to come in right away. When I arrived she continued in the same manner extremely knowledgeable I can't say enough great things about Valerie. would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance.

I've been here several times for something specific and the people here really go out of their way to help, I've been satisfied with every visit. Places that sell various medical aids at reasonable prices are hard to find anymore. The selection is a lot better than the drugstore chains. Highly recommend!

A couple of years ago, I bought a cane. Today, I bought a pair of Thermoskin & Therall arthritis gloves. I'm satisfied with the cane & gloves. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I would shop there again. Way to run a business!

Greg is professional in his knowledge, polite, low key, listens and tries to fit you with something that will help you rather than something he can sell you. A rare person in this day and age.
