I went up there Tuesday morning. I can't remember the girls name but she was really pretty with tattoos. She helped me a lot. She also had a great personality.

Today I was helped by Jazmin she was wonderful!! personable and helpful. Got me exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond with helping me port over my number because i forgot my pin. It was on me to get that and set it up correctly bu she went thru the process of getting it released from my former carrier and making sure my phone worked with no problems. I'm glad i switched today! even better i got to stay in my town. Shop Local

Jasmine helped my husband and I with 2 brand new phones and a tablet for our son!! She was the best person i have ever dealt with in customer service! I will recommend her everytime! Not just professional but super sweet!! Thank you for being amazing!

The environment is normally quant. Hagar normally mans the front and is always ready and willing to assist any and all customers with a smile (even with the mask). She has been very helpful in settling many issues within 10 mins for me. She is thoughtful and very resourceful.
There is normally never a line and it is an in and out service; which is great for me as I'm always in motion. She has personally helped me with roughly 5 problems since I have arrived in Palaka FL.
T-Mobile was borderline losing my business, yet she continues to go above and beyond. If you have the time, drop in and say hi. Tell her Chris sent you.

The girls at the location gave me what I was looking for they did not rush me... the were patient very cool and laid back... they where professional with making sure that I walked out that door as a happy customer not just trying to make a sale...thanks lady's

The young lady who helped me was excellent. She assisted and her patience was a brearh of fresh air. I highly recommend that anyone needing cell phone services consider this store for your purchase needs.
