McDonald's

Went to the drive through on 4/24/24 to order some breakfast. I was amazed at how nice and professional the staff was. Received numerous greetings/compliments from the lady giving out my food and the food was fresh and delicious. The best experience I've had at McDonald's.

I'm from out of state and drove through McDonald's. Drive through and ordering was average, however, an older black lady that delivered my order was SO pleasant, thoughtful I had to stop and do a review. That was the best customer service experience I have had in years!

I love this McDonalds. The dining room is very nice and the folks are friendly.

Like a lot of people, I don't put much faith in the quality of McDonalds these days. But, I stopped in here on a rare occasion I eat here and they were on point. The food was great and fresh and made perfect, not the sloppy sideways burgers they are notorious for.

We stopped by for breakfast while we were in tampa and everything was correct, fast, and the workers were very polite. Thank you!

We went through the drive-through. It was extremely busy and they were out of soft drinks and smoothies for our grandkids happy meals but the line moved fast and the gal at the window was extremely polite and kind! Great service even under pressure!

I should have got her name but most mornings I go to this McDonald’s to get my iced coffee to start my day and the lady at the second window who gives the food is always the absolute best!! She is so sweet and encouraging & fast too!! My drinks always come out fabulous & her positive attitude makes me have such a great day! Next time I will get her name so I can put it on here!! Sweetest woman ever!! God bless her. I can tell you at 8:45am on 5/3 she was running the second window!! 🫶🏼 I’m at the gas station down the road and said let me show her some recognition right now because that’s how lovely she is.

Hedy was wonderful she. made a ice coffee. for me .it was the best. she Walk through the store and check on every one. Working here was great. I'll definitely will be back.

I only gave 4 on the service because we are traveling and they asked what kind of sauce and I asked for ketchup. It seems like they ASKED and put it in the order screen. They never forget the sauces they charge for, why do they always forget ketchup?

The ice cream machine worked!!

I almost never leave a review, but I saw all the negative stuff here and wanted to mention that my experience here was exceptional. The employee that took my order was kind and prompt. The order was accurate and the food was good — exactly as expected. They even put ketchup and extra napkins (we used both!) in my take out bag and we all know that’s a lost art.

I really don’t have any complaints. The staff was very hardworking in the morning and friendly and assertive. The establishment was clean and our order came quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Picked up some early morning breakfast. Always good. Unfortunately the prices for the food keep creeping up. It's almost not worth it.

The food and service was good. However, for the past few months, the air conditioning has been too cold in the dining area. Via online, I've sent complaints, but nothing has changed.

Two women at this particular place stand out as they always have a smile and something nice to say. It is because of them (and the coffee) I come thru about 6 days a week. Brandi and Carolyn are the two faces I always look for and I leave happy when I see them.

They gave my order to the car next to me by mistake. They made everything fresh for me again. And the sorry lady next to me wanted to gripe at McDonald's instead of saying no that's not my order. She took it knowing she didn't ordered the 2 large coke & sprite that she could clearly see. She ordered a latte and a kids meal. But proceeded to take the $20 worth of food I ordered.

I ran into this store to get juice and bring my blood sugar back up really quick! The manager could Sense my situation and immediately took my order though there were other people in line ahead of me! Good job 👍

Very good service when the right manager and employees are there. They go out of their way to make sure that your food is hot and fresh and the way you ask for it. Excellent service. 5 stars for them all.

Manager argued with my wife that they only sprinkle Oreos on top of the Oreo McFlurry not mixed in , and if anyone did it differently they are all wrong... Kinda odd

Old style mcdonalds currently being remodeled.. Great service.. Fast drive thru..
