This store has great customers service..I had a warranty issue with my sandals...I called ahead. The held my size in the back. I came in and they exchanged
them in under two minutes. They made it easy!

Bought 1 pair 1st of Gabor sandals and loved the comfort,so came back and bought 2 pair of ankle boots that where very stylish and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and are always so patient and helpful w helping find the right shoes.

I can not say enough good things about the service my husband and I received today at this location! John greeted us upon entering the store once he finished in the phone. We were looking for a great shoe for walking while we visit Rome. He scanned our feet and made great recommendations for both of us. When I need shoes and I need ones that give me support and will last and are super comfortable and well made and the service in the store will be friendly and knowledgeable I only go to Happy Feet Plus. I walked in the store yesterday and he knew exactly what would work for me. And they had it!! Always the BEST experience at Happy Feet Plus.

I was losing hope. The pain seems to be worse and worse every day. I've tried so many different types of foot pads insoles. Nothing was working, and my feet hurt worse. And then I found Happy Feet. And I'm not going to lie at first I thought it was a gimmick. And then I saw the Birkenstock sandals and I knew instantly there was going to be expensive also. But I had a life-changing experience. Instantly the shoes I tried on maybe wonder what is going on in the foot industry that you are willing to pay $100's for these name-brand fashion shoes, such as Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Jordans, etc. Not to sound too cliche but I wish I would have done it earlier. When I tell you instantly my feet felt 60 to 70% better I'm telling you they did I'm a diabetic in my mid-forties I seriously was considering a change and what do I do for a living? I don't sit behind a desk all day I'm on my feet working with power tools, up and down stairs, up and down ladders so I was already giving my feet a beating. And I don't make a lot of money I make okay and it was a financial decision I had to come to and I'm not talking thousands of dollars or anything like that but a little bit more than you would pay for if you are buying some Jordans possibly but you investment I made for my feet was priceless I've never experienced instant change at any kind of pain I've ever had in any part of my body that I experienced in that store. As soon as I stood up with those shoes on I tell you it was as if I was dreaming of course there was some little pain left over but that was expected but for the 70 percent that went away instantly my God the little pain that was left over was nothing now. I was able to walk again. It was so bad that when I was at home I had to walk around with a cane. I had to get up 2 hours earlier every single day just to get my feet going. The impact on my sleep and my health was insane. The hours I was working to catch up cuz I wasn't fast enough to stay late when nobody knew. just so I wouldn't fall behind and lose my job. I'm not one of those people who like to post a lot of things about my experiences. So for me to say anything online about a company or their products is rare. I would highly recommend anyone who is going through what I went through with your feet to give this place a chance. If I went to a doctor for my feet, I would be spending more money anyway. $100 here $100 there, take time off for work, lose money, prescriptions, spend more money, specialist, spend more money. And the cost of all those doctor visits would way surpass what I paid one time for these shoes, by far. It was an investment. I compare it to somebody who buys a house vs. somebody who rents an apartment. When you buy a house you're paying into something that you're going to be yours eventually. When you rent, you're just giving your money to a landlord and you'll never have any claim to that property no matter how long and how much you pay into it. Well, I guess I'll end this post, and say two Happy Feet and the associate that so kindly helped me today. Thank you so much, you changed my life. I went from Total despair to New Hope in less than 30 minutes. How can you put a price tag on that? And how can you not want to share your experience with someone who may be going through the same experience that I'm going through? If you're at your wit's end and lost all hope and you think you've tried everything and nothing works, well I'll tell you this you haven't tried everything yet. Because you haven't been to a place like Happy Feet. Don't think you have nothing to lose. Because you do have everything to lose when you lose your mobility. Thank you so much again. I was in a boot for 2 months due to a swollen Achilles tendon. Now out of it, I want to have proper support in my shoes so I don’t ever have this issue again. I did the 3D scanner that confirmed the pressure/pain points I have. John watched my walk and gait and saw pronation. He carefully took all the various measurements and I ordered custom inserts and bought a pair of active sneakers and sandals. He spent 2.5 hours with me! John was a wealth of information regarding both the insert products and the shoes. His education helped me to make the right decisions. He even contacted to designer of the inserts to ask my questions. I would recommend him and Happy Feet to anyone who is having foot, ankle or calf pain.

I had a great time at Happy Feet recently. I bought a new pair of Fushia Kenkohs. I also was able to bring a pair of Birkenstocks into the store and change the straps so that they fit and I didn't have to send them back. They were on sale and only the Medium/Narrow width was available in my size.

This is one of the best shoe stores I’ve ever been to. They scan your feet digitally to see exactly what shoes and insoles you need. Ron was super helpful, friendly, fast, and efficient at getting me exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this place—your feet will thank you!!

I've always worn cheap slip in sandals and assumed foot pain was just a part of life. I went in here on a whim, and the salesman knew exactly what I needed. I got two pairs of sandals, Finn Comfort strap ins, and a pair of kenkoh slip ins. The Finns, wow, my foot pain started going away instantly. They were more than I wanted to spend ($300) but there was no way I was taking them off my feet. The Kenkohs I returned today with no problem. There was nothing wrong with them and they also supported my feet well, but the Finns are so good I wouldn't use the Kenkohs at all. Thanks Happy Feet!

I purchased high end sneakers a few weeks ago. Unfortunately they developed a squeeking noise when I walk . I went in today asking for exchange . They looked at them , cleaned the bottom as it seemed like it was a sticky type noise. They decided that indeed it was a defective show and happily exchanged it for me. Thank you for standing by your products . I've bought several brooks and now these. Very good place to do biz!
