Always amazing! Are here for the first time about two years ago and has been on my favorite go to whenever I visit Indian Rocks Beach. The food is always great and fresh. Best street corn ever!!

The Birra Torte Ahogada, the Quesabirria Tacos, and the Mexican Street Corn were all phenomenal!

The Birra beef in the Torte was tender and flavorful the extra prep steps add a ton of flavors on top of that yet.
The stewed beef used in the tacos is the same (I believe)...MMMMM
Even the salsa and queso were fantastic and the chips were very thin but held up for dipping just fine!
In my top three of Mexican restaurants I've been to and I can't remember the other two right now as this was soooo good!

I had the Quesabirirra Tacos and chips and queso. He had the Mexican street corn and the Birra Torta Ahogada. The Birra sauce for the tacos is amazing! The food was delicious

Came in with a group of three. I ordered the cali burrito, which was good. My friends got octopus tacos and a burrito. Staff was friendly and made food orders quickly. You can see them making it. You can buy soda, water, and milk also. The decoration has flamingos on the outside. It is a very bright, colorful restaurant. Recommend trying out here.

We live close and come to Jake’s a lot. The quesabirria tacos are amazing!! 10/10 Cute vibe for a casual meal and lots of gluten friendly options.

This is a fantastic place for Mexican! Unlike fast food restaurants, the food at Jake’s is fresh, very well prepared, tasty, and so very inexpensive. Seating inside or outside is great! Getting in to the parking lot can be a little bit of a challenge, both because the place is busy sometimes and parking is challenging, but also because the entrance is right at the end of the main thoroughfare that takes you to the beaches. You’ll see…

Returned here again - Craig is an amazing bartender - and he encouraged me to do the IRB bar crawl - really enjoyed it! Thank you Craig for your awesome service!!

Amazing!! Best Birria tacos I’ve ever had! The happy hour margaritas are top notch and the service is friendly, warm, and inviting. Jennifer at the bar was outstanding! The vibe is great and relaxing even when it’s busy. What a local gem.

All I can say, is by far the best, Mexican authentic restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life, I live in Canada. We have tons of Mexican restaurants, but nothing nothing compared to the authenticity of this restaurant. Just service is a bit slow. But worth it.

Cool place that was walking distance from my family condo. The service was great and the people here pretty cool. I loved the sitting area which had plenty of room and wasn't congested.

First time here, and we loved it. Our bartender/server Christian was awesome. He was very personable, friendly, and took good care of us. He was very attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were good. I had lettuce wraps, and my boyfriend had tacos. We definitely will stop in again next time we're in Clearwater.

I’m going to say this is top 2 Mexican corn 🌽 I’ve ever eaten! Chips and salsa are delicious! The atmosphere is so so but the food here is reliably delicious! I’m a local and go for the basics so I haven’t tried it all.. They have a great menu! Highly recommend

Jake's food is absolutely delicious, their chips are always fresh. They have vegetarian and vegan options which is super important for me. I appreciate how fresh the food is every time I order. I will definitely continue eating here for some quick tasty tacos and queso!

A friend and I went here a few weekends ago on a Saturday, sometime after 5pm. It wasn't busy yet. We have never been here before so we were a bit confused about where to order, were we going to get seated, etc but we figured it out. We sat at the bar where we were served by a really friendly bartender. I ordered a guava margarita, which was refreshing and I drank way too fast. My second drink some sort of jalapeño pineapple drink, which was also delicious. They're not shy on the alcohol! I ordered the fried Mexican corn which to me was unique, and I enjoyed them. I had fish tacos which were fresh and light. My friend said her spicy chorizo tacos tasted great as well. We both agreed that this place is worth future visits!

Loved this place! Went to Jakes a couple of nights ago and it was packed so we decided to try it another time when less busy. We had lunch there today and all were very happy with the delicious food. You order at the counter and select the various parts of your dish. Lots of choices too. I'm vegan and there is even a vegan meatless option which is very tasty. Would definitely go there again next time I'm in town.

Great food at affordable prices. I love the atmosphere. They're friendly even though they were slammed. The portions are very generous.

First time dining at the new location. We’ve been a patron of the old location for several years. Yes, the new location is different, but refreshingly fantastic. The dining room is open, brightly decorated and spacious (as opposed to the old small, smelly, dimly lit facility). Yes, it took a few minutes to figure out the new ordering process, but wasn’t difficult after figuring it out. Food was as good as ever. We’ll return. I took a few pics of the inside.....herein added
