One of the last few remaining homegrown machine shops. Did the heads on my Dodge Durango 4.7 at an excellent price. They reman both heads for less price of one at your local parts store. This was a year ago truck runs fine.

A bit on the expensive side but from what I've seen they do good work

Two years ago I decided to fix my car which involved rebuilding the motor. The were issues at first with finding parts. The issue was the so was lazy and probably cheap. A year later they finally finished the motor. Something was wrong so they sent it back. Months went by again and finally it was fixed. Rod #1(I believe) did not get oil and the motor had to be sent back again. About another year later they still refuse to fix the motor saying we'll have it next week. Don't ever being anything to this shop or deal with a mechanic who uses this shop. I'll be taking someone to court very soon because I'm tired of my car and motor being held hostage like this.

Beware Of Services You Didn't Get. Brought Cylinder Head From An '11 Kia Rio In To Halls Machine For Pressure Test, Resurface, And VACUUM TEST. Halls Machine "Completed" The Job And Cylinder Head Was Returned And Installed On Vehicle. Vehicle Would Not Start. Compression Test Was Performed And Found Compression Was Low. Further Inspection Found Leaking Intake Valves In All Four Cylinders. Halls Machine Was Supposed To Perform A Vacuum Test On The Valves To Check For Leaking Valves. When Contacted Halls Was No Help And Blamed Us For The Issue Claiming It Was Installation. All Of Our Techs Are ASE Certified And Are Very Knowledgeable. In Closing We Are Not Blaming Halls For The Leaking Valves But We Are Upset That they Did Not Catch The Leaking Valves When They Were Supposed To.
