Great place to get what your feet need, whether it's a pair of boots for work, playing in the mud or just a nice pair of cowboy boots if they don't have them in stock they will order them for you! Same thing with the tennis shoes. Friendly staff makes you feel welcomed I don't know why you would need to go any place else for those needs!

I called ahead looking for work boots. I informed them I was coming from Ocala, which was over an hour away.. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and hospitality. They even notified employees I was coming from out of town. I was very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Family Shoe Store to anyone looking for that small town feel that puts customers first.

Really well-made shoes, a smaller selection than big box stores, but what they had was really comfortable. Found some wonderful loafers, that made feel like I was barefoot in a cloud. They suggested that I get a half size smaller, as these wonderful shoes will mold themselves to my feet. Had seen MinneTonka shoes before, They look like classic shoes, but feel like bedroom slippers. Will buy again in other colors.

Nice, large selection of boots! I can't believe I had never heard of or been to the store. I always thought I'd be limited to buying boots from Tractor supply, But never again. I will be back. I was truly impressed!

Had new soles put on my boots,cleaned,and conditioned. I will just say they look phenomenal. I will also say they have the best selection in Palatka,fl by far.

A excellent selection of boots with a staff that goes out of their way. If they don’t have it they can get it. Much nicer to deal with than Boot Barn and closer to boot....
