Shoe Show Mega

I ordered a bunch of new shoes for my husband from their website on Black Friday since their return policy is 30 days with receipt (unworn & with tags / original packaging).

My husband is very particular about shoes (especially how they look), so he decided to keep 2 pairs out of the assortment (10 pairs?) that I bought for him. Thank goodness we have a Show Show Mega near us in Palatka, so we didn't have to deal with return shipping. We arrived at the store on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and we were glad to be the only customers. (That didn't last long since about 6 more customers walked into the store as soon as our return was being processed.)

We were greeted as soon as we came in, and the counter person, presumably the manager, took charge of our return (all while training newbies). She had a bit of a roadbump as we were returning online discounted purchases, so she manually entered all the prices and had help from the newbies to check the condition of the shoes. Return went smoothly after that - required photo ID and my credit card that I used for purchasing the shoes (which I knew about from reading their return policy online). The manager informed me that the refund charge might take about 1 week to reflect on my credit card and, if I don't receive it, to call the customer service line that she helpfully pointed out.)

After the return, we did a little browsing. There are shoes for everyone here, and even if you don't want to shop, you'll definitely want to see some of the more ridiculous styles (like the clumped golf ball slippers in my photo). Ended up getting discounted DC kicks for me and 2 pairs of neon socks for me and my husband.

I highly recommend this store, online or in-person, for people looking for brand-name shoes on a budget. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve shopped at Shoe Show stores before but this is the first Shoe Show Mega that I have been to. They offer a lot of different brands. Everything is nicely organized.

I stopped by this store for newer pairs of shoes and I found this one to be awesome! This is one of the most affordable shoe stores I've visited and I find most of the shoes a lot more affordable than in Gainesville. The staff was welcoming and I will definitely stop by the next time I pass Palatka.

Amazing customer service! I went in to exchange shoes for my daughter to a bigger size without a receipt and they made the process so smooth for me! Extremely happy with their service! Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was extremely nice gave my lil one some stickers. The store was clean, the selection was good. Probably gonna turn into my local go to shoe place. Overall great experience.

We always go to Shoe Show because its one of the few places that we can find a size 14 Wide for my husband and they people are always nice but the store has been looking a little rough lately.
Walked in with my daughter yesterday to find that they moved nextdoor and the store itself is probably twice as big! More options, easier to find things and the staff was awesome.

I have been shopping recently online, sites such as 6pm., Sierra, Zappos, Finish Line and others. I wear a size 13 extra wide, like super wide, and the choices online are very poor. I went to Shoe Show in Palatka on Highway 19, and they had at least 20 different models in my size. And I can wear a 12 in some things, which means their selection for me was much bigger than that even.
The staff is super friendly and helpful and Incredibly knowledgeable about their stock and sizes. I was able to buy two different pairs of Skechers for 49.95 each, which were priced much higher on the online sites I looked at, WITHOUT as good a selection as Shoe Show.
Located in the old Palatka Mall, very easy to get in and out of. Highly recommended!

I love this store! The ladies are very nice and are extremely helpful and they made my sister wendy and I very comfortable. I will be back. I live in lake Butler but I will travel back to plataka just to go this shoe show store and the city trends right beside shoe show

Shoe Show Mega has a ton of different shoes and accessories.

Went there for my niece to get school shoes. They had a good selection, the young girl at checkout could be a little livelier (robotic), but prices were great!

I love this shoe show they always have different varieties different sizes and something for everybody actually I think I'm going to go there today and buy me a pair of shoes and my son

The selection and prices were amazing with name brands like Nike, Adidas. Really cute children's shoes, which is what I was shopping for

I got a pair of sandals and my husband got two pairs of shoes very nice people and wonderful people there no complains at all

Love the layout of the store. Found my toddler some awesome Mickey socks and spiderman sunglasses for a very reasonable price.
