Fun, laid back, easy going dive bar. Lots to observe EVERYWHERE here. Must stop and check out at least once if you're in the area. There's a parking lot in the rear of the bar, just look for the sign. You can't miss it.

I was in town for a Bachelor party and we got recommended to go to Mahuffer's by a bunch of people. The bar truly has an unique atmosphere with all of the dollar bills and articles of clothing stapled to the wall. The bartender said that there were around 21k bills. The drinks were well priced and the bartender was very nice. If you are in the area, I highly recommend checking it out!

Well what are you looking for a clean place? Maybe good temp..like a/c .
None are gonna be here for you. This place is a mess ..you may get actually catch something there. Yet this has the best dive bar atmosphere you can want. The band does a good job of keeping you in the mood. The bar tenders have a good poor.
It's a place you love, but need a shower afterwards.

Friendy bar tender. Friendly people. Used to visit this place way back in the early 90s. It has expanded a bit since then. It's an interesting stop. Plenty of parking in back.

Stopped here with some friends who know this place. It is a local favorite that has a ton of charm and personality. The customers were all friendly and welcoming. A must stop if you're in the area.

Mahuffer’s is part haunted house, part junk yard, part Coyote Ugly and part of things I’ve never seen. Dark, dirty, charming and worth a visit.

No food so didn't rate it. If you like a good dive bar, this is a must go, bucket list place to go. Chill beach town vibe with some wild decor that has taken decades to perfect. You must stop in for a drink here. If you are into a posh experience this is not for you. But if authentic and whimsical and chill is your thing then this is a must do place.

Great place to chill after a long day at the beach. Cold drinks and great staff. The even had a bar cat to pet.

Great dive bar! Fun atmosphere lots to see. Reasonable priced beers. Staff friendly and fun to hear their stories.

This bar is a must. Best dive bar I’ve been to in a while. If you’re a high maintenance, fancy cocktail drinking socialite…this isn’t for you. Everyone else will love it

One of a kind! A true dive bar that will have you overwhelmed by the things to see. Must visit for those that have never been.

Thought this place was great, a hidden gem. I've had a house in the area for years and can't believe I never have visited. 2 live bands and drink prices are great! Love how it's decorated with old boat chairs, couches, nautical decor. Really respected their tribute to Our Fallen Heroes.

What a funky little bar. Great atmosphere, live music 🎵. We always take friends there when they're in town. It's a must if you don't want an ordinary strip mall bar.

We had so much fun at this dive bar! I love the boat bar and boat tables. So much to look at. We had a blast! Cheep drinks, fun staff. Bring a black sharpie.... and a extra bra! Lol. I will be back! Very soon.

The dive bar theme executed well. This place is what it is, with no apologies. A mishmash of whatever came in handy to put the place together. Live music sometimes, the jukebox the rest of the time. The beer is kept cold in 24 plastic coolers kept behind the bars, everything iced down by hand. The bartender the day I was there was terrific. Working everything by himself, he did well. Good job Chris.A nice break from the summer sun.

Mahuffers is an absolute gem ! Had a great time there. Make sure u walk around and look at everything hanging from the ceilings, walls. Great atmosphere, and friendly bartenders. An off duty bartender even bought us a beer ! A fun place, we will definitely go back !

This bar is one of the most interesting and fun places I've visited in a long time! A real hole in wall for locals and visitors alike. It epitomizes what Old Saint Pete is all about. Whether you are a local or visiting, definitely a must stop and see place. Parking is a little tricky, but well worth it. Keep your eye out as it's hard to see from the road. Multiple bars with live music at night. This bar is a hole in the wall with character beyond belief! Make sure you leave a memorable piece of clothing or a dollar bill & it and attach it to the ceiling before you leave. And whatever you do, make sure you say hello to Mama the owner ( that's me in the picture with her) and Ernest the Iguana! I LOVE this place!!
