The Home Depot

The people here are really nice to work with and have great product knowledge and Home Depot has everything you need. And if not, they will order it or find it for you even if they have to send you to a completely different store!

I like this Home Depot. They have just about everything you are looking for.

First off, let me start with three names Michelle, Bob and Renee these employees are exceptionally wonderful, very respectful and helpful. Every single time I come into the store. They are a complete asset to the Home Depot company and they are top employee performers. They are the main reason why I only shop at this Home Depot in my area. Michelle is on numerous times helped me with issues I’ve had with my solar charger and with some of my power tools Renee has been nothing but helpful and polite. Bob the manager has assisted me with issues that I’ve had with orders and corrected it every single time and been very professional. Renee is always friendly, bubbly and kind hearted and most of all Betty the manager of the Home Depot has been nothing but professional, polite and kind and assisted me when I had an issue with my order this Home Depot does take care of its customers and it is a very good store because of these for employees.

All of the staff here are so helpful, and they really go out of their way to help you get what you need.

"Palatka home Depot" I went and bought a lot of lumber for two projects fencing and a garage door and the service was phenomenal. In and out in no time thanks to Michelle at customer service. Will definitely shop there again for my next project thank you Charles Wycuff

There's a "Super Team" that services the customers of this store, and I'm glad I met some of them when I did.
I was looking at clamps and fasteners in an aisle when a guy with a pallet on a pallet jack walked by, and asked "Finding everything ok?". The question was totally routine for this guy. I told him what I was looking for, and he directed me to aisle 13 where the charismatic Gina helped me find nails, ring mounts, and even cut the chains for the camper van suspended bed build-out the wife and I had been working on.
These guys are excellent, I'm definitely going to make it my home store.

Went in for some storage bins but found myself looking at the light bulbs and spotlights. An associate by the name of KEVIN really went above and beyond to help me find the right light, spotlight and provided outstanding service. I even learned they carry a product in store that I was going to buy online. Now I’ll be getting it at Home Depot in Palatka. THANK YOU KEVIN!!

I had a great customer experience today because of Gina, don, and Jorge over by the hardware section. They were very knowledgeable and very sweet to my son.

We have been working with the Pro Desk in Palatka for the past year. Ashley, Ben and Ethan have been extremely helpful. We built a custom home and there were products that needed special ordering as well as volume ordering. A TON of T&G for walls and ceiling, flooring, tile.... We couldn't ask them do any more for us than they did. The Pro desk makes this store exceptional. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Good stuff with reasonable prices and they gave me my military discount which is great.

While in store yesterday, we were asked several times by several different employees if we needed help or just greeted with a hello or a smile. I've never felt so welcome in a store. We were approached by a lady in the screen door department that assisted us. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! I refuse to shop Lowe's due to their customer service that I experienced on several occasions and/or lack of. Maybe they should visit Home Depot and take notes.

This is my favorite place to go when I need a plan for building my dream world! I can see beyond my goal because home depot does most the work for me.

This Home Depot is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

This is a great location. I visit many of them, (and Lowe's as well) and as far as customer service goes this location goes above and beyond. An employee named Tim stopped what he was doing and jogged over to me to ask if I needed help (which I did) and spent 15 minutes loading my stuff for me. Will definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone!

Excellent! I shopped mostly in the garden center, and cashier Jamie, and associate Wesley, were wonderful. They helped me with my large order, getting my discount with my new Home Depot card, and loading my car.
I also found some new light bulbs for my bathroom that you can actually change the brightness on the bulbs themselves with the simple switch! Great idea!

Almost always find the items needed for projects

I have only had excellent experiences here. I have gotten to the habit of ordering what I need online and arranging for curbside pickup. Therefore I don't have to go into the store especially since I am 75 and not too well or strong. When I get to the parking lot area for pickups I call and they arrange for someone in customer pickup to bring my items out to me this is particularly helpful when the items are particularly heavy cuz I'm not good at lifting things. The people here are always very very nice and the selection is good. The store is well maintained and it is large so that if you don't know where you're going you may end up walking a bit unless you can stop at customer service desk and get directions as to exactly where you need to go to find what you're looking for.

I went to Home Depot looking for window glaze caulk when I couldn't find it at Walmart. A female employee saw me looking in the caulk aisle & asked what I was looking for. She looked too and a male who maybe worked there but was purchasing something at the paint counter joined the search. He suggested Ace Hardware. But he looked on a different wall across the aisle and said here it is. He was correct and it had the special square shaped dispensing nozzle. He seemed knowledgeable about it so I asked if my neighbor was right that I didn't need points with that type of caulk. He disagreed and said the points are what hold the glass in if the putty ages and starts falling out. I asked about the proper angle to get with that head so water drains away and he said I had it right. I was very happy to have run into him where I not only didn't have to look in a third store but got assistance in how to replace the broken window glass myself. I was a little shocked when it was over $9 for one caulk since I will need several more to do all of the windows in my house. Now I need to get the glass measurement close enough that the glass fits inside the frame and isn't too narrow or wide. I appreciate stores that actually try to help me and answer my questions. I had watched a few YouTube videos on replacing glass before I went to the stores so I was more informed. I used cardboard boxes duct taped on the inside, then a spare piece of plywood outside to keep my cats & dog in the house until the glass is back. A cat broke it pawing at a lizard. And unlike at Walmart I was second in a line to pay with a friendly cashier and out of there quickly. As I was exiting a young girl employee took out her phone to show me there is sticky tape for cats to learn not to scratch on surfaces which I could order online. My broken window picture.
