Boost Mobile

Ok so I personally can’t stand boost service. And have a different provider. My daughter on the other hand has boost and she got the new iPhone 14 from apple. Great. But since we got it about 2 months ago, her service has been in and out. Phone kept saying sos and she literally couldn’t call or text. Only was able to use her phone on wifi. Certain places it would work at first. But for the past week it wasn’t working at all and only said sos. I finally took it to the Macclenny office to see what was up. The girl there, I believe her name was Mya… sorry if not spelled correctly 🙈 but let me tell you, she was AMAZING! What I could have done at home myself, but would have been a mess and probably would have gave up. She took the time (an hour) to be exact, to call customer service and was on with 2-3 different people trying to figure out my daughters phone. Turns out she needed a new Esim for it and as soon as Mya did all the technical difficulties and it was a lot, she got it working. My daughter got 11 different text, 4 missed voicemails and was finally able to call out. Only reason I’m writing this review is because of her. Only reason for the 5 stars is because of her. She totally rocked. I also think she was more excited it started working than my daughter 😂🤣 considering everything she had to deal with. But thank You again so much Mya for all you did. When we left, My daughter said “mama, call boost, that girl needs a raise”…

I wouldn't know what I would've done if Mya wasn't here to help me with my baby sister's phone! Thank you so much! ❤

They open on time every time,
the Middleburg Branch does not I've been to them three different occasions from 10am 10:30 am and once at 10:45am closed afternoons they are open but mornings is hard on them to be on time.
The macclenny Branch always on time Always courteous, and will help me with any glitches I may have with my phone

I Absolutely Love my Boost Store! They Always help me get what I Need if they don't have it they help me to get it within a few days.
