Only my 2nd time ever here yesterday, and a really helpful associate named Debbie showed me where everything I was shopping for is located. We talked about sales and different brands, she has a great vibe. Thanks Debbie! 😊

My son had to buy a sowing machine and we had no idea what we were looking at but Barbara helped us and explained everything we needed to know. She was so helpful and friendly. I think every store needs a Barbara.

I want to thank the manager Ms. Tiffany for her help with the material, for my outdoor patio set. I have one more patio set to make and I will have a beautiful set. Thanks again for all your help and your servants heart.

I'm so happy to have a JOANN Fabric nearby! My go to store for sewing and quilting fabrics and notions. This store has a wide selection and I enjoy shopping here.

We love JoAnn's! The staff is friendly and helpful. They always help us find coupons and deals. The selection of fabrics, decor, and crafts is abundant and outstanding. Check out this cute chemistry patterned fabric I purchased there. i made curtains for both of my doors and three valences for my windows with it.

I love this place. Probably too much! Sales are fantastic and comes to your email inbox to let you know all the best deals. Staff are are super helpful since they are familiar with most of the products on a personal level and give great advice.

I stopped in to price check an item, and eventually returned to purchase. Ashley and Tanya at checkout were extremely pleasant and super helpful. While it may seem a small gesture, they managed to pull up a coupon for me since I had no cell service at that location, which ended up having me even more! Your staff is great, please do something worthwhile to keep these kind of people!

Variety of yarns, reasonable prices, friendly employees

Always a pleasure shopping there. Clean, well organized and always someone nice that is available and willing to help. Kudos to the cashiers! Always a help with coupons. Thats a whole different beast. I use apps but not always have a tower to open in the store. My only problem is I can't get out of there without spending $200.00 min. Highly recommend. Thanks guys! They always have a great selection of fabric and craft supplies. Management was very helpful when a sale on their website didn't show up in store when ringing out. They could have made me make on online order to get what I needed, then wait to pick it up at that price, but they didn't. It was very nice of them to make it easier for me. 😁

Sounds simple but I needed some thread to match a little shirt I was making my grandson. I wanted it to match the material (I did have some with me) and could not decide. Well an employee came to my rescue. I was unsure about the color but bought it and low and behold...it was the perfect match! Love all the employees I have encountered over the years at my local store!

I love this store, the sales, the quality and the amount of variety. I'm in love with everything from the products to the staff.

The store looked clean and well-organized. During my visit to the sewing machines, I was asked if I needed assistance, which is excellent customer service. The store had a table in the front on a Saturday with a demo.

The coupons are great but it needs to be easier to receive them as a consumer and not to have to rely on my phone being present to get the offers. If you want my money as a shopper in JoAnn stores make the effort to bring make me want to shop there.

Always clean. Always tidy. Over all, a very nice JoAnns. It's also nice to visit other locations because not all stores carry the exact same items. AND the super duper sale isle is always exciting to explore in EVERY JoAnns store!

Charlotte was so nice and helpful. The cutting table staff members were pleasant and answered all my questions with smiling eyes. Cashier friendly and welcoming. Lovely experience after a long time.

Retail establishment is bright and clean. Can be difficult to spot from traffic, signs are prominent. If you have a craft or hobby you will find it here. Supplies are generous and stock levels are very good. Sales are frequent and online coupons are available, even to your smartphone while shopping. Staff is courteous, very helpful in finding your way around. What further impressed me was the broad range of knowledge among the employees. Sewing, crafting, even quilting assistance can be found here. Return visits assured.........

Tons of great deals every time I have a craft project this is my 1st stop. I have even re upholstered somebody the interior of my car with fabrics from JOANN. Also the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I could spend all day in this store. Would be helpful if the employee knew how the sales work (like, can you mix and match different brand yarns that are buy2get1 free) I had to suggest several times that a manager may know how the sales works and could she please ask her... That should have been her first response
