I adore this Arby’s; it's conveniently located within walking distance of the college area, and I consistently find great deals there. The food is consistently served piping hot, and the cashier, Michael Rivera, consistently provides top-notch customer service. He goes above and beyond, remembering regular customers and ensuring every interaction is exceptional. With his dedication and excellent service, he's truly an invaluable asset to this establishment. Michael undoubtedly deserves recognition for his hard work, and I strongly believe he deserves a raise or two . It's essential to retain employees of his caliber and maintain the high standards he sets. In summary, this store consistently delivers outstanding service, especially thanks to Michael. I'll definitely be ringing the bell from now on! 🤚 🆙 🔔

P.S. The cute blonde girl up-front (who I believe is a manager) is also fantastic. She consistently works hard and despite looking really stressed is always nice.

Never had a bad roast beef there yet. Sometimes a lot of scraps with the curly fries but can live with that.

The staff was outstanding!!! Leandra was very nice!!! They gave us back our coupon so we could use it again. It was pretty clean. The food was really good. Definitely coming back!!!

I am not a fast foodie, but my husband introduced me to Arby's a couple years ago on a road trip and I was hooked. I've never had a bad experience since at any location - service or food. But I just had to leave this review because of the experience we had today at this location (2811 SW College Rd, Ocala, FL 34474). The service was amazing, and the meal was beyond expectations. We both got the new brown sugar bacon sandwiches (w/turkey). These were sandwiches i would normally pay double for in a sit down restaurant. They ACTUALLY looked like they do on their television commercial and tasted even better. Fresh King's Hawaiian bun, bright green leaf lettuce, fresh tomatoes, deeeelicious bacon... Thank you Arby's for always keeping it fresh and friendly.

I tried this place for the 1st time ever. I really love the buffalo chicken slider. The beef n cheesy not so much. It's not for me. The curly fries are ok

I’ve never actually eaten inside here, just always use the drive-through. The food is always good and warm, and the fries are always crispy.

I just want to say thank you for the jamocha shake for two bucks. I had a coupon and I had never tried the shakes at Arby's. My customer service rep she was a very nice lady at the drive-through. I can't remember her name but she was very nice. Thank you for the great tasting shake and a great customer service. I'm definitely going to be back to Arby's

I was not expecting much in the way of customer service as most places have switched to kiosks. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Jacob C. took our order. He was super nice, professional and had a great personality! In a world where customer service rarely exists anymore, it was a breath a fresh air. Our order was perfect and delicious! He even went above and beyond to be nice to my kids. Thank you for a great experience!

Never had a problem with my food here the only complaint I have maybe adding a little more roast beef to the classic as the past few times I've been there I've only gotten a few slices of roast beef it felt like I was eating mostly bun and hardly any meat

This is one of the few Arby's locations in the Ocala area. Love this place! Anytime I go to Arby's, I get mesmerized by their menu. So many great choices. I always end up going with their Double Roast Beef sandwich though! A classic! Add some onion rings (breaded and deep fried) and you've got yourself a great meal!
