I loved this location soo much that I came twice this past week. I was on vacation and found great comforters that usually go for about $160 for only $49.99 I also found great clothes. I came back again for more especially the comforter. Very clean store not to mention friendly staff

This 5 🌟 review is for June in the Jewlery department. She not only went above and beyond for us today, but was compassionate.

We came by the department today to have our engagement rings polished. Upon arriving, we asked the first associate on duty about it, and she quick to brush us off and pointed me in the direction of the "do it yourself" kits (behind the counter) and stated she needed to rush off to assist another customer. While we waited for her to serve the other patron, we looked around, gathering ideas for our upgrade when we Wed next year.

After about 10 min, June clocked back in. She came to see if we needed anything because we had still been waiting and I asked her if we had a lifetime care plan on the rings, could we get them polished real quick? I knew it wouldn't take much time because my Father who previously worked here would always polish them, as it is an included service with JCP lifetime care plan. Needless to say, June really stepped in and she took the time to make sure the customer was cared for today. What a great asset June is to the Ocala JCP Jewelry Department. We will be back to see her!

This store at Paddock Mall is nice and well stocked. It had everything my husband and I were looking for as far as summer attire.

I have always appreciated JC Penney being an affordable place to shop. Do I think it needs a facelift yes….but not at the cost of raising prices. My experience has always been pleasant, the associates are usually friendly and helpful.

I have purchased a few items from the Jewelry Department. Each time I was assisted by Monica who was absolutely fantastic and very helpful in explaining the answers to any of my questions. She took her time to make sure I was happy and helped me to choose some great pieces. I would recommend Monica to any shopper looking for jewelry. She is knowledgeable, patient and very friendly as well.

Nothing like Black Friday in July! Got some beautiful dresses for Church. I even got the chance to update our bedding. I can't wait for tomorrow! New look, new room! I love the customer service staff! They assist in answering all of my questions. The discounts are always worth a look. Stop by and make a whole new YOU!

I've always liked Penny's for quality products at affordable prices... and their sales can't be beat. I had a last minute need for a black suit and was able to buy the jacket and pants off the rack; which is rare because of my large shoulder girth. Really glad this was not one of those closed a few years back.

I love shopping at JCPenneys. They always have wonderful deals on clothes, shoes, purses and jewelry. I bought new towel sets and rugs for the bathrooms. I also purchased XL indoor grill, it works great, super easy clean up. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Love JCP! As always JC Penney had the right prices and special sales discounts. Was able to get a buy one get half one the clothes I came there for. Store was busy but the cashiers worked fast enough to keep the line moving quickly. Never a disappointment.
