Julio is the nicest sales person I've encountered in so long! He greeted me at the door with a handshake and smile, asked me exactly what my mattress needs are, and helped me look at the best few options. He's incredibly patient answering questions, and took the time to really explain the different layers and what they do. He even followed me around from mattress to mattress with a hygienic cover he provided. Top notch! *****

My plan was to find out what mattress were offered but Chase, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable about his inventory and I had done also my research. Well, I bought the whole package. I thank Chase for his knowledge and customer service.

I’ve had great luck each time we use Mattress Firm. I love my mattress and Julio was able to find it for me. Although there is a next-generation of my Beautyrest Silver 900- Julio understood if
it works why change it!! I am glad there is an alternative if mine ever goes out of stock in the future. Julio was very informative yet not salesman like- he lets you try the mattresses without pushing a sale. Will be using ML and Julio again!

Stopped in the get a new bed today. Javier greeted us and asked all the right questions to help us find what we hope is the perfect mattress. He was very informative and not pushy at all. Never got the salesman vibe, and even though there were multiple families there and he was the only staff member, he was able to take care of everyone. He allowed us to try each mattress and didn’t rush us at all. He explained everything in detail and also explained all the fine print to us in the contract. He gave as many different options to help decide which was best for us. We ended up with Sealy Posturepedic plus hybrid with a tempur-ergo adjustable base. So far we couldn’t be happier and we look forward to updating the review once we receive the bed and try it out for a couple months.

I don’t usually leave reviews because I’m too lazy, but I can’t continue life without giving a shout out to JASON! He was so awesome and personable and very knowledgeable. We recently moved to a new house and I’m 6 months pregnant and he made sure we got the best price possible on a tempur pedic mattress and pillows!!! I will recommend anyone to Mattress Firm, especially to Jason specifically if you are in the ocala area. Love this store and Jason!
