We were pleased with our entrance into the store. Very clean facility, well received by sales and especially sales person Nelson Brown who was very low key yet informative
suggesting that we would be impressed by the many options. Never were we high pressured to purchase.
Highly recommend.

I would say that this was a very pleasant experience. Both Nelson and Mike were amazing and they helped us with our purchase. Nelson kept us updated about the offers and deals and helped us to get the best discounts possible. Amazing and fabulous service!!!

Easy fast service.... just purchased our third Sleep Number bed

We walked into the store and was greeted by Wilson who gave us an education on a few of the beds. We felt we were totally informed about what to expect on the bed that we decided. He is an excellent salesperson who does not pressure you. We made a decision to go with the newest bed out. We have not had a delivery yet but looking forward to having a good nights sleep.

Nelson is one of those people who knows his stuff and gives 10/10 amazing customer service. Any establishment would be lucky to have him as an employee. Knowledgeable, kind, witty, funny, accommodating. He made the experience comfortable and fun. He absolutely made the sale. Looking forward to my new temperature controlled mattress. Thanks Nelson!

My husband and I had a great experience. Kathy was very confident and well verse in the performance of the Sleep number. The store was terrible busy but she handled it like a pro and was able to give us just enough attention to get us to stay all the while helping others. She made us feel comfortable by being personable and making sure that we were able to get not only what we needed but what we wanted as well. Overall what a wonderful experience! we would definitely recommend, friends, family and anyone who is in the need for a well rested nights sleep.

Our experience at the Sleep Number store here in ocala Florida was wonderful! Our Sleep Number specialist Michael was top notch! We were so happy with our experience that we came back the next day and bought 2 beds from him. Very informative and takes his time with you to understand your needs in a bed.

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted in a friendly way. Nelson Brown was very helpful in explaining the beds; he is very knowledgeable and made sure I was able to make an informed decision. I felt no pressure at all, unlike other stores I’ve been in and as I felt that I could trust him and by extension Sleep Number. We talked while I laid in one of the beds as he demonstrated its features and the comfort I experienced made the bed sell itself! I have constant lower back pain and for the first time in ages I was pain free.

Nelson at the ocala fl store rocks I ordered on line. Incorrectly and he was on it. Called me to make sure all was good and helped me get the product that I needed !!

Nelson was perfect 😍 he advised us to lay down on every bed, and changed it, lifted it, everything!! He didn't try to upsell anything!! Told us how much, what the savings was, and did that 4 times to make sure that we had the perfect bed!! Haven't received the bed yet, but will write a review when we get it!! We had the best experience while shopping for a Sleep Number bed. Nelson, our sleep counselor, was very knowledgeable and showed us everything with no pressure whatsoever. We really enjoyed our time in the store and bought an I8. We are looking forward to Thursday when it come to our home with their folks who will put it together and show us everything we need to know for a great nights' sleep.

Nelson is the guy to see! We were shopping for a good pillow and he spent a good amount of time with us trying to help us find the perfect match. If you have neck problems, this is the only place to spend your money. They truly give you a custom fit... and Nelson showed us a lot of other great products without any pressure to buy. He was very friendly and helpful!

My wife and I came into the store for our first visit. I think we had an idea of what to expect but were actually blown away by the service we recieved. We were met at the door and were treated like royalty from there on. The knowledge of our associate was outstanding. She was very thorough and made sure we understood every aspect of the functions of the bed .

The owner was friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve never had someone “fit” me with a mattress, after sleeping on it, I’ll never go back! You truly can’t put a price on a good nights sleep! That said, it ended up less expensive than I expected.
