Ronnie went above and beyond for me today. I went to trade in my old switch for an OLED version and he took the time out of his day to help me transfer all of save files in the store. He simply could have had me buy the system, gone home, do the switch there, then come back and trade in my switch. But instead he explained and guided me through it step my step. Not anyone would do this and not every store would allow this. He’s an amazing employee that behaved with absolute professionalism and treated me with the upmost respect. I plan on doing any of my in person purchases from this GameStop from now on.

The lil lady I think she is Hispanic she is very funny knowledge and very sweet. I will go back to this location from now on just because it's her.

10 stars for this crew. Yvonne and Adam were very helpful over the phone on helping me find something for the xbox 360. I had called two other store for this part and i automatically got a no. I knew they havent even looked. Online even showed that they had them in stock. This location will be now my go too store. Grade A service! Keep up the great work!

Adam at gamestop was great. He was extremely knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions. Also reminded us about accessories, games and Nintendo online. All of which we would have left without and not able to play our new console. Thanks Adam!

This GameStop is always amazing. They take so much care of their customers. They took time to make sure that I was fully taken care of and I've always left with a smile. Will always enjoy visiting this location.

Typical mall Gamestop location. The store is fairly small, but they still carry a nice variety of new and used merchandise, and collectibles. The main issue is that there never seems to be enough staff, but I've found that to be a problem with this chain in general.

Great place for good deals on games. Great service. But why open at 12.00..I know gamers stay up all night
But some people like to get up and get things done before Noon.

Hottest games , always have bundle deals and will give you credit for games in good condition or gaming devices you want to upgrade for newer version . Love the perks program totally worth it.

This is a great place to visit if you're looking for a certain game, game system, collectibles, or looking to pre-order an item. The staff is knowledgeable and are very friendly.

Marcus was super helpful and saved me some money by letting me know about all my banked powerup points that I had no idea about!

Mostly I'm gamer, I play lots of games, but this is my dream store. I love going to this store, especially the manager and the other helpers are all game fanatics just like me, perfect for gamers.

Good staff, very quick to help. They rearrange the store a lot though, making it hard to find everything.
