Best Buy

I really enjoy the old fashion service you receive at Best Buy. The Sales & Technical people are well educated and experienced to answer my questions. It's like having a direct conversation with the manufacture. Products these days in most cases cost thousands of dollars and I want to be absolutely sure that I fully understand the applicable details before l buy.

The only thing l did like is that u have to make appointments to meet with each department. It's not them. It's me. I'll get used to it. In the long run it's likely to be the most efficient way to run the business. I just wanted to buy a new cell phone before I left. I ran out of time and couldn't wait.

Again this was not their fault rather a lack of understanding on my part. I've been a Best Buy customer since 1989

Ask for Maddie (I hope I remembered that correctly)! Went in for open ear headphones and was torn on what might work in my situation. I was going between 3 options and she brought out the new Bose ultra open ear buds. OMG YES!!! Loving the sound and style. Can't wait to put them to the test. Beyond amazing customer service from her. She's a spunky little firecracker and went above regular service and help.

This Best Buy takes care of business. Pure and Simple. I've unfortunately had to pay a visit here more than a could of times for repairs when my Computer crashed. After enough times the staff knew me by name. The Geek Squad is very polite and professional. Even if you do something really dumb with your device, they keep it professional and politely try to give you some advice. Their prices for their products are always reasonable.

Bought my all in one copier and laptop as well as getting Geek Squad 🤓. Not a techy "geek" as far as computers and all the electronic stuff goes, so if I have issues, I leave it to Geek Squad, and they're great. My tech is Thomas, very nice and professional. I didn't care for the first one, I don't even remember his name. That's how unimpressed I was. It was like he was in a rush, as where Thomas took his time to explain and show things without being in a hurry like he had to get home!

One employee said they didn’t carry the TV we were interested in. We asked another and he knew exactly where it was. So 5 stars for Geek Squad employee. O stars for salesman in the department.

We went to Best Buy to look at their dryers, our died yesterday. They had rearranged the store since our last visit. We headed in the direction we thought was to the appliance department only to be side tracked as we walked pasted the TV's. We stopped just to look. We were greeted by Jacob N. He told us all about the new technology etc...we said we need a dryer, he said I can help you with that too. Long story short, we bought 2 appliances and a new computer all with Jacob's help and unbelievable knowledge. He answered all our questions and when he wasn't 100% sure he pulled up a video explaining what the feature was. A fantastic visit to Best Buy. I'm still thinking about the TV.

Standard Best Buy inventory, friendly staff, clean environment. In addition to the expected inventory, they also have a pretty healthy selection of Pokémon cards.

Got excellent immediate attention from Wells. He walked my wife and me through the process of selecting a new laptop and wireless headphones for our tv. He is extremely knowledgeable and very polite.

This Best Buy has some of the best people! Went during Christmas time which is always busy however, Gabri took her time to help me. She was truly amazing and so sweet. Will be coming back for sure

Thomas was great! He helped us get a new tv and stayed past his shift time to help us out and load it into our car. You don’t find many hard polite workers like that anymore. He went above and beyond! Thank you again.

Vegas, my customer service representative, was awesome. He listens to mine and my sons desires for a new lap top and got us exactly what we wanted with in our budget and then saved us more money with a Best Buy membership plan. We walked away feeling extremely happy with our purchase and our experience. Thanks Vegas and thanks Best Buy!

So I was going to Staples and of course I parked over by the Best buy and I actually walked inside there thinking it was Staples. But the customer service rep at the door was very helpful to let me know right away I was in the wrong place. Plus they had a great smile and directed me in the correct direction. So I definitely recommend basketball I I'm sure they've got some great deals going on in there. I know they're customer service rep with that smile it must be a great place to work. So just because I got a smile going into the place I'm definitely going to recommend this.

I had to make a return today. While the line was very long, it went very quickly and a nice, courteous people doing the checkout. It was a pleasant experience all around

Keyshawn in computers is a superior salesperson! He showed dedication and was very knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing. If you decide to shop at this location ask for Keyshawn! I am a very pleased 👍👍👍💯

Went for black Friday savings. Ended up finding a steering wheel for my son. Saved $100 compared to other stores. It was crowded but that's expected, they had plenty of staff moving through customers.

Excellent service! Yes everyone is young, lol, but these guys really work well together and take great care of customers. 😊

Couldn't get it done on phone, Couldn't understand the person. Went down there and they took care of me in minutes. Great service in person.
