Melissa Madden has helped my mom and I so much. I took my mom to many flooring stores and until we went to pro Source and met Melissa I didn’t think my mom would ever find what she wanted. Melissa has the patience of a saint.
I would recommend ProSource and Melissa to anyone in need of flooring help!!
We will be doing a second house soon and we will be returning to Melissa for more help! Hopefully she won’t run when she sees us coming.

I had so much fun with Mallisa seeing all the tiles. She made a point to find the one I will call mine. Also a young gentleman was great with directions .The Choices are unlimited at ProSource I would say it is a Great Place

I never write reviews, but my experience with Melissa Madden, sales representative, at ProSource deserves a "Thank You Melissa for your expertise and help." I was remodeling my bathroom and I went to ProSource for bathroom tile, etc. Melissa is an expert! She showed me all the possibilities and helped me select the colors and design that would work.
She spent a lot of her time with me and never made me feel rushed. This is RARE today. After Covid, customer service is non-existent in every area. No one cares about customer service.

We had a fairly substantial remodel in our patio home. Picking out flooring, tile, cabinets, sinks, fireplace stone, etc. was daunting to us, but then we discovered ProSource and the team of very competent and helpful employees. Our design consultant was extremely helpful and patient with us in selecting items that will match the look we are going for in our kitchen remodel. While we don't quite have all of the details nailed down yet, we are looking forward to our purchases. The layout and design of the showroom is excellent with varying setups & lots of different products to choose from. I'll be updating my review after we have completed our project.

Natalen was fantastic, she took us around the shop to see all of the tile available and discussed the merits of each! ProSource has so many different colors/styles in tile, all beautiful! I looked at several other stores and couldn't find anything that I liked to go with my granite. We found the perfect backsplash tile at ProSource. We also got colored grout and very nice trim for the top and sides of the tile to give it that professional finished look. I am so pleased this new store came to town! I'm very happy with Natalen's assistance and my beautiful kitchen and bath tile.
I'll post a photo once the backsplash job is complete.

I come from a different perspective than most as I’m a new tile contractor in the Ocala area and have been in every local supplier to see whom I’d like to have a lasting relationship with going forward and to send my clients to. Natalen is out of this world when it comes to her professionalism, knowledge in flooring, ability to keep me informed on everything going on and updating me, and the biggest of all having my clients come to me just raving about how they were treated and how effortless it was to picking out their products. The showroom is massive and the pricing is the best around along with great quality you can’t find in your box stores.
