When I arrived Mr. Cato was very polite and courteous. He was very attentive as I explained to him what I was looking for and where I was financially. I went to them with no credit and barely a down payment but I needed a reliable vehicle as most of us do, Earl worked with me, personally financed me, got me in a vehicle that my daughter still drives today. Steve and Chris were great to work with...Steve seemed to bend over backwards to help find the right vehicle for me! He brought to my office 2 different vehicles for me to test drive and evaluate. He went back to the drawing board a couple of times in order to make me happy. Steve was a pleasure to work with as he was beyond helpful and never was pushy about a sale. To start off I am from New Jersey and came down to visit family in the area and was looking for a truck as well. Stumbled upon this place and found a truck that I really liked. I had the pleasure of working with Steve as he went way above and beyond with my purchase. I received the utmost professionalism and never felt pressured, cheated, or felt like I was getting ripped off. I have never had a dealership so willing to work with a customer and a salesman so willing to truly go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I have to say when i was down on my luck when trying to find a vehicle, I thought with me having no credit at all not even negitive credit i didn't think I would get a chance to get approved but as i kept searching keeping on to faith i happen to come across Prestige. I thought ok maybe this place would be it. Sure enough after speaking with Alida she was the BEST. She helped me soooo much it was a blessing sent!!!
