I recently purchased an adjustable bed from the Mostly Mattress store in Ocala. It's a family owned and operated business which appealed to me. I wanted to be able to actually talk to someone who would listen and not pressure me to purchase something i didn't need. I was not disappointed.

From the moment I walked into the store I felt at home. No pressure from the salesman (Junior) but found him to be very honest and knowledgeable. He really cared about my physical challenges and wanted to help me.

When the bed was delivered by another family member I was blown away by the time he took to explain the operation and even helped me put back on a bed skirt I didn't want to part with.

If you really want to be "heard" without any high pressure sales pitching, and want to deal with a honest family business, go to Mostly Mattress. You won't be disappointed.

Who knew that buying a mattress could be so much fun!! Rob was so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the mattresses he sells. He asked us questions, had us try different mattresses and then offered mattress suggestions. There was no pressure to buy, and the process was quick, easy and painless! The best mattress store that I have come across. Rob helped me and my girlfriend with our bed that we needed and had great communication, easy payment process, and very quick shipping right to our front door. Will definitely buy again and I highly recommend the store.

Went into the Dunnellon store and was greeted with a smile Vince was so nice and helpful extremely knowledgeable And didn’t try to oversell. He even helped me load my new mattress into the back of my pickup truck. I definitely recommend Mostly Mattress.

Rob is one mattress-passionate guy. He is very knowledgeable and definitely not a high pressure salesman. Asks the right questions and then offers mattress suggestions.
There was a 2 day delay in our delivery that was not Rob’s fault and really didn’t bother us. But Rob was so apologetic and even helped deliver and set up himself so we’d have our new bed sooner. Then he gave us extra pillows as a gift for our patience and his wife crocheted a Shawn the Sheep for us. This is why everyone should support small businesses!!! Above and beyond service and we love our new bed!

We went to a few stores in the area before finding our sigh of relief entering Mostly Mattress. We were looking to upgrade our queen to a king. Rob didn't come off pushy or aggressive like we experienced in the local big box stores, he was knowledgeable, relatable, and someone who earned our business. The reviews are what brought me to the store. Definitely the best place to shop for a mattress in Ocala. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Rob helped us find the perfect mattress. He educated us on sleeping positions and what best for back pain and had us try a few beds and didn't try to sell us the most expensive one. He helps you based on what your budget is and doesn't push you into something. Shopping for a mattress is frustrating and we were ready to give up until we walked into his store. The communication was great thru the entire process. He let us know about when to expect delivery and even called me before Jr and Blake arrived. They came over and removed our old bed and installed our new one. They also helped move my book shelf and even helped take the books off. The customer service was 10 stars from these guys. They were extremely nice and very professional. I dont normally leave reviews but I had a great experience. Definitely recommend this place! Thanks guys!

After going to five different mattress stores and trying out a variety of mattresses from the Sealy Silver Chill, to the Purple Mattress and even the Sleep Number bed, this was the mattress store we choose. One of the main reason we picked Mostly Mattress is how knowledgeable Vince is when it comes to mattresses. He was not pushy at all and just wanted to make sure that we left with the right mattress that was best suited for my husband and I, being that my husband sleeps on his side and I sleep facing up. We ended buying the Lloyd and Penfield Therapedic Mattress and we couldn’t be happier! This is a family own business and if you are looking for a nice clean mattress show room with good quality brands, good service and were you are not treated like you are just a number, I highly recommend you go visit them before making your mattress purchase. My sister and I were so happy to have found Mostly Mattress in Ocala. We read the reviews before going to the store. We were so impressed with the knowledge that Junior brought to our decision as to which mattress to purchase. Junior was so personable and we never felt rushed with regard to our purchase. We especially like that this is a family owned store. Rob, you were great in finalizing our purchase as Junior was off the day we called. You were both wonderful to work with. We will be purchasing from you again.

I first discovered Mostly Mattress about 2 years ago when my stepsister was shopping for a bed. About 6 months later I purchased a mattress and box springs from Vince. I learned a lot about mattresses from Vince, including how the mattress best fits your body and sleep habits. His son’s, Junior, Blake, and Mike, delivered the bed and set it up for me (very nice young men). I’ve moved and decided to put my 1-1/2 year old mattresses in our guest bedroom. Instead, my stepfather and I both decided to purchase new beds for our rooms. During our recent visit to Mostly Mattress, we met Rob (Vince’s partner), and we were interested in their adjustable bed frames and new mattresses. Rob showed us several different brands of adjustable frames and he was extremely patient as I pressed buttons on several different models of adjustable bed frames (including one that I was wrapped up like a taco). My stepfather and I both purchased the same adjustable bed frame, but each of us liked different mattresses. We had done some research and talked with friends who have purchased adjustable frames and mattresses from other retailers and we learned the prices they paid was much higher than what we paid for ours. Most importantly, the service is wonderful. When our beds were delivered we were happy to see, Junior, Blake, and Mike, still working for the company and they did a great job of setting up our beds and teaching us how to properly use them. I highly recommend Mostly Mattress because the entire team is very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced; the prices are great; and the experience from selecting the right mattress to having them delivered to our home was impeccable!

Customer Service is the best we've seen period. We bought another bunk bed and came back for our Third Mattress. They always do their best to accommodate our needs. Rob even went above and beyond to help cover a rug we just purchased to protect it from the pouring rain in our truck bed! He provided plastic and tape from his store to protect our newly brought rug. They go above and beyond in every aspect! We will definitely be back!

January 2024 update: 3 1/2 years and I still love my mattress and adjustable base. My Malouf carbon pillow is still in great shape. I recommend Mostly Mattress every time I hear someone talking about needing a new mattress.

November 2021 update: Since my initial review was when I initially purchased my mattress and adjustable frame, I wanted to update. If I could give Mostly Mattress 10 stars I would!!! I have never had a mattress I was happier with. I had wondered how it would hold up and it's still like new. I also love the adjustable base and I use the massage every night. I bought a Malouf carbon pillow when I made my other purchases and just like the mattress, it is still like new a year later. It's the most comfortable pillow I have ever used. If you are anywhere near Ocala FL, I recommend you don't even look anywhere else. Go straight to Mostly Mattress and let them help you choose what your body needs.

I can't say enough good things about Vince and his staff at Mostly Mattress! My sister and I moved here in July and were renting until our new homes were ready. I needed a new mattress and found Mostly Mattress through Google reviews. They listened to me and fitted me with the best mattress and adjustable frame for my needs. They really know their mattresses! There was no pressure at all. My sister had no intention of purchasing a new mattress but she decided to try one out and ended up ordering both a mattress and adjustable frame for herself! We ordered on September 4th and even though we weren't closing on our homes for several weeks, Vince went ahead and ordered them and kept them until we closed. He and his son set them up for us. They even hung curtains on one of my windows :) I highly recommend them.

The customer service I received today with Rob definitely exceeded my expectations. He loves what he does and it shows. His knowledge on mattresses is simply remarkable, Ive shopped at many mattress stores and never have I experienced service like this. He was patient and attentive to my needs. I mean Who ever knew learning about mattresses could be so exciting! Lol. Please, before you shop with any other company, stop by Mostly Mattress Ocala 1st and give them a try. Bought a king sized mattress from Mostly Mattress, and it perfectly fits all of my needs. The best quality for a fair price. Blake and Junior dropped the mattress off and they were friendly, professional and man did they make hauling a big mattress around look easy. I would recommend this company to any family or friend, 5 star service and I love my new bed!!!!
