Went in today Lara help us today ..I have to say Lara is 💯 ...wow she helped and made my dad not scared of the phone her ability to multitask and knowledge of the phones and her way of making sure everyone understands how to use the phones was amazing ..she went above and beyond anyone I've ever seen in customer service....thank you again Lara for ur amazing job ...10 out of 10 thank you again

I came into this store and was greeted by a gentleman named Juan. Very respectful and professional. The last time I came into this location I was never greeted and the way the manager spoke to me was very degrading. I can honestly say this time around was 100% different and Juan reinstated my faith in Cricket Wireless!!! Not sure if he is a member of management but this guy needs to be!!!!

On top of ther game. Very very nice and clean store. Employees are very knowledgeable about the products in store. They go out of there way to make you happy with what you need or want to get. They need to make the theme a toy people can buy in store. My kids ask for the the little guy every time i go into store.

Everyone here is very nice and helpful as I was tired of my other carrier and even though I didn't get to keep my number they still hooked me up with an amazing plan and great service 😊. @thankscricket

I had to get an old phone activated. Customer rep, a very handsome young hispanic gentleman, was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I would definately recommend this location for your cricket wireless needs.
