Great service at the parts counter. Employee was very courteous and helpful. Seemed to really enjoy his job- very rare these days.

Store in Gainesville, FL, at Nw 13th and 39th - We went to pick up a few items for a lawnmower and had difficulty finding them. While there, I overhead the customer service reps help another customer, as well as ourselves. Both reps were knowledgeable, professional, and kind. One went to find the filter my husband needed, and acknowledged me by name as we were checking out. (I have only purchased items one time, and I didn't know I was listed on the account!)

I appreciate the skills and knowledge of these professionals, extended to all who enter the store. These people made a positive difference in the lives of those who come in for products and assistance.

Michael is the best! He needs a raise! He is so knowledgeable, helpful, & kind! He helped me feel confident enough to fix my GMC Ac leakage issue. Now, I'm trying to fix my camaro. I love him, and please give him some type of appreciation because he deserves it and he's amazing! Employee of the year for sure!

Newly moved to Gainesville, and first-time visit this store. Very friendly staffs. They helped me find the right part to replace for my car and helped me with the installation too, which was beyond their responsibilities but they still loved to help as much as they could! They showed that they care about customers!! Thanks much to Cody and the other coworker:)

Michael was very helpful and provided great assistance in helping me find the correct break lights for my vehicle. He was also helpful in providing instructions and tips on how to change it myself. Great customer service!
