Excellent location!!! I called the corporate number to track down an order that had not shipped yet. After 1 hour and 30 minutes on hold, the line terminated. I called the Celebration Pointe store and Kimberly (manager of Celebration Pointe and Oaks Mall) answered and helped me reroute the order. She called her other store first and then researched to find the only store that had my wife’s size in stock was Destin FL. While still on the phone, I received notice that the order had shipped AND got the tracking number. This is incredible customer service. The company should be very happy to have a manager that takes so much time to help customers. Now my wife will have her birthday present in time. Thank you Kimberly.

Phil was awesome and very knowledgeable. Did measurements on my foot and then showed me three recommendations. Took the time to explain everything. I will definitely be buying all my shoes here.

The assistant store manager is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with me to resolve my fit issues and to find me the perfect pair of new running shoes. The personalized service, care, and attention was top notch. I will be back and am extremely appreciative of the employees.

Kimberly went above and beyond to help my daughter to find the perfect pair of running shoes for her foot. She took her time to make sure it was exactly what she needed and in a color that she loves.

Worse customer service I’ve seen in a store. Did not even great us and clearly didn’t care to make a sell. Minutes after coworker comes in with pizza and the guy “helping” us comes out and says we don’t have anything for you or your size.
Clearly they wanted pizza. … used to be so good on the old location
