So every six months I get a new pair of work shoes or boots. Being on a construction site is dangerous at times for your feet. I found the perfect pair today and I love them. Super comfortable and slip on. The fact they are steel toe doesn’t mean they’re not comfortable. If you want a great pair of work shoes or hiking 🥾 boots you should look at the red wing store on Archer Rd. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Greeted upon arrival, was asked what I was looking for did the foot profile and found a pair of work shoes that fitted me perfectly along with insoles and socks. Nico was great!

Very helpful in all aspects of our needs and wants. Took the time to help us understand the process. The equipment designed to measure your foot print and size was impressive.

Had to get a pair of boots for my wedding. Nico went above and beyond helping me get the right boots that put the whole look together. I recommend anyone go into this awesome store you'll be hard pressed to find better customer service anywhere else.

First time in a Red Wing store, and I was absolutely blown away. The associate who helped me in the Gainesville store, Alex, was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about everything in the store. He had the scans of my feet done in minutes, and he was able to help narrow down my options for boots that fit my workplace criteria. Absolutely awesome!!

My wife and I went to go check out different work shoes, they had a guest trying multiple pairs of shoes it was starting overflow the floor the associate started to move a few pair the guest already tried and said no on. The guest started to get rude(we decided to come back later at that point) and god bless that associate they stayed calm, collected and kind; When we returned they had a huge mess to clean up so we just browsed to give them a chance to clean we took note of a few pair and also spoke to them of a few different types that they can order. I've been retail management for over a decade and the amount restraint and kindness that associate demonstrated was absolutely phenomenal. This store will continue to get out business for our footwear needs the store leader has an awesome team and environment.

on a side note,

To often people forget retail workers are people to and sadly more often than not treat them as second class citizens. We as a a society need to learn to be a bit kinder after all we are all in this world together. The associate demonstrated how to handle difficult situations on top of time management and multitasking skills that are very rarely seen. They deserve a huge pat on the back!

Went in today to find a new pair of work boots, I believe the womans name helping me was Tatiana (my memory is not so good :) , she was very helpful and attentive, helped me size up my feet and find the right pair, bought them and am very pleased with the choice. Everyone working in the store was very polite and helpful and genuinely nice, other reviews are hard to believe just from how great my experience was, as well as the 4 other folks in their shopping as well. Can't wait for these boots to wear in and get some good work in on them. I can't recommend this store enough. I think I will be returning to get some insoles for my arch type very soon.

Hands down the best pair of boots I've ever owned. My boots truly get put to the test in my line of work and they have held up. I will only be buy my boots from Redwing from now on.

Needed a older pair of redwings repaired. They have the solution and at a extremely reasonable price

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They didn't have the shoes I wanted in stock so they ordered them for me. They tried to their best to find me an alternative. They were very kind and patient. Their shoes are amazing quality and I look forward to shopping with them whenever I need some new boots!

After a couple of months putting it off I finally went. I was expecting the trip to be a big headache but the salesman ,James, was very patient extremely helpful and even with social dents distancing and me not allowed in the store he still made it a very pleasant experience, even after trying on multiple shoes to get the right fit and never getting frustrated. Glad this is my local store and too know he is there to assist me when I return.

Attractive store, amazing assortment of quality, made-in-USA shoes (Most, but not all). Clerk was knowledgeable and friendly was busy then--3 or 4 customers--but kept us all happy

My favorite red wing store. I buy all my boots from here, just stopped by the have my bootscleaned and oiled, staff is always friendly...service is always great. You will not be disappointed!

Their computers were down and only allowing two customers in the store at a time but they had what I wanted in stock I even got fitted for insoles in and out in less than 20 minutes I was very happy
