Oran assisted me in finding a great reclining chair for my clients and the entire time sales team was truly kind and helpful. I could not be more happy about my shopping experience at Furniture Country! They were extremely helpful in selecting a couch that would suit my needs. They were very patient as I looked through the different options. And their customer service was thorough and thoughtful from beginning to end! We have had our new couch for about two months now, and the quality is outstanding. I should also say the delivery was very well organized, and the delivery folks were very thoughtful. My husband and I enjoyed a no hassle visit at Furniture Country. Zach was available when we had questions but didn't follow us around the store. We ended up buying a sofa and chair. The delivery experience was wonderful. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture were friendly and courteous and made sure recliners worked before leaving. I would definitely recommend them.

Greg was attentive and has a good balance of knowing when to check on his customers as they are browsing in the store. He was helpful as I made decisions on color schemes (rug, lamps, tables, etc). And he made the ordering process easy. I expect a wonderful delivery time in several days!
12/18/23: A rocking chair I ordered was built on-site recently, and I did my own pick up/delivery. After the hauling process, I noticed a few loose parts. Office personnel stopped by the house on her way home to see if she could help. The next business day, the store picked it up, the master craftsman tightened everything and the store returned it same day, as a courtesy. And they were very nice from start to finish. These are good people and fair. I would highly recommend Furniture Country for your furniture needs!

Greg was the greatest salesman and honest and direct and helped us with the best king size better with quality and at a great price! The store has a lot of great quality furniture for an excellent price. I will definitely be back to furnish the rest of my home in the near future!

Awesome experience. Was provided great educational info when we went in to choose a mattress and ended up with what I think is the perfect mattress for us. Our salesman was John Hammonds and we had a great experience working with him. Very knowledgeable without being pushy or trying to steer us towards something. We have shopped here in the past and purchased a sofa, and we will for sure be back as I think this store has some of the better quality furniture in town.

I love that this company called me the day before my scheduled delivery with an estimated time of arrival and it was only a 2 hour window! They were scheduled to arrived between 1-3pm and they showed up at 1:55pm. WOW!!! The 2 man delivery crew was extremely professional, asked me where I wanted the furniture placed before it was even unloaded and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

My wife and I visited Furniture Country in Gainesville searching for a new bedroom suite, well actually we were only searching for a new bed, but after Rae explained everything to us provided such exceptional service, we decided to purchase the entire suite. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and caring of her customers. We will returning soon as we refurnish other rooms. We will coming back to specifically work with Mrs. Rae!

Furniture Country was my 4th store to visit looking for a small loveseat. They had the best selection. And the most helpful. Greg went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. No stress experience.

I bought my furniture from furniture country nearly 4 years ago. When we purchased them we decided to get protection insurance for our couches. For a couple hundred more dollars it gave us the peace of mind that if something happened to them then we would be able to have them repaired.

Fast forward to today, we needed said repair! Luckily in short notice they sent two kind gentlemen, William and Frank, to come investigate the issues and take pictures of the damages. I’m hopeful that they will be able to get my claim in promptly and a repair be done soon.

Rae was super easy to work with in selecting our power recliner. She is very knowledgeable about the different brands of furniture. No pressure just interested in helping you find the right furniture. Thank you Rae!
