Books-A-Million

Great little store. They have a ton of stuff. No comic books though which is why I went there but they had a TON of graphic novels and other books. It's a comfy store with all kinds of offerings for any and all book lovers. Oh and they even carry toys!

What a great location off of the interstate. Easy to find. Needed a little rest and enjoy some coffee from Joe's Muggs read a magazine and relax a little while from traveling. I thought it was great that they buy back books and if they have used books and CDs available. I'm glad to see Books-A-Million is diversifying itself. This store was very large busy and a staff was friendly. Everything seemed to be well organized. It has been a long time since I have seen such a large selection of books magazines and other gift items

Books-A-Million is by far the best book store in Gainesville if you're looking for new books. It's got a great selection of all generas, including manga and children's books. It's got a decent coffee place as well, which is nice when you're trying a new book in-store. Great place, definitely go.

I LOVE B.A.M. they always have what I need or can get it for me. The employees are always so friendly and more than happy to help me find what I am looking for and many times have recommended another author or book I might enjoy.

I have gotten spoiled by ebooks. I can read in any atmosphere. Hard copies are great for when there's no power. It's good to have a store that has a wide selection and c is reasonably priced

So glad to have 1 so close now since they closed in South Florida. The employees were extremely friendly and I always spend more than I want because their selections speak to me.

LOVE! It's got the atmosphere of a Barnes and noble, for like a third of the price. Every time I'm in gainesville I go, and usually I find gifts for upcoming holidays and birthdays here!

Since toys r us closed, Target was our quick option for toy shopping. Books a million is loaded with toys, books, and educational projects! My kids love this place!
Great deals, lots of options, and tons of Harry Potter gifts! Definitely worth checking out!

I love this place they've really taken over from Barnes and nobles. they have a lot of sales and the best thing of all..... Soft comfortable chairs!

They have a wonderful assortment of books, magazines, and children's toys to suit your complete family's fancy. Add in the coffee from Joe Muggs and the comfortable chairs to enjoy a quick read - this was a great place to spend an hour resetting on a lunch break!

They have the widest selection of most "bookstore" goods...and books too. The 5 star rating does not include the coffee.

I love this place. Great employees who are normally pretty helpful. Plus the little coffee shop serves great smoothies.

Employees are very friendly and will help you find the books you’re looking for.

They’ve got a very large section of Manga (mostly new manga, older or less popular series may not be complete and missing a few volumes), a bunch of categories of books including magazines at the back and even a section of used DVDs & Bluray movies. Check the backs of the discs carefully because we purchased a copy of interstellar on Blu-ray and the disc had a few very light, not deep scratches and we thought it’d be okay but every few minutes the movie would skip really badly.

If you like coin/currency collecting they’ve got a section of supplies such as banknote sleeves, coin protectors and state quarter books. They also have more supplies for currency collecting in the back of hobby lobby next door near the collectibles.

They have a good repository of books. If you search, there are plenty of good deals.

I love book stores but don’t go as often as I could. They have a wide range of books and many other related items plus a food and drink area. I saw a book club using the area and it looked enjoyable.

I have been going to this Books a Million for over 20 years and it is still the greatest bookstore ever! They have everything you would expect and more! 10 stars.

great except books on cd..there were none. Not enough science magazines but food available and lots of fun stuff.
