I love this place. It has all my herbal needs including Mexican blankets and incense and crystals. Otter and trout are both full encyclopedias of information on gealing herbs and Man other healing methods.

Lovely shop. Great energy to the place with very reasonable prices and good sales. Spent a while talking with Otter, who was very nice and helpful. Wish I wasn't visiting from out of town, because I would be in this place all the time.

Not only was I amazed at the variety of crystals and healing remedies, but also, I appreciated the welcoming energy as well as how informative Otter was to me. I had an amazing experience at Otter & Trout today. I walked in their shop only knowing that I wanted to purchase my first crystal. When I asked Otter for her knowledge and advice on her crystals, she went above and beyond to help me figure out what I truly needed. She did an energy balancing session for me and helped me pinpoint what I needed to focus my energy on. She also taught me how to properly pick out my stones (not with my eyes, but with my feelings). She is an amazing woman with an incredible gift. I will definitely be going back for some of her other sessions and more of her beautiful stones.

I am thoroughly impressed by Otter and Trout’s shop. I wasn’t sure what to expect upon my first visit. While I am not freshly new to understanding the realm of metaphysics and the holistic way of life, I have come to understand it on a much deeper level recently, than ever before. I was, and still am, blown away by Otter and Trout’s wealth of knowledge they shared. They answered any questions I had thoroughly, ethically and with integrity. You can see and feel that they genuinely care about their customers.

A shop of many wonders and items! First off, Otter and trout are the absolute best! If you're looking for something herbal or spiritual, check here first! I love the vast amounts of knowledge and awesome stories they have to share. I love the variety of herbs I can obtain for various teas and what not. My wife likes going here for her stones. To me it's a pretty rock collection, to her it's spiritual and personal balance. We both like the selection of incense.

Love this place so much! Otter and Trout have treated me with nothing but kindness and have definitely aided me over the years in my own personal journey. My only wish is that I still lived in Gainesville so I could frequent the shop. I will certainly visit when they are open again and I'm in town for a visit.

I have visted Otter & Trout several times. Otter is so knowledgeable and her reach extends much further than just selling products. She offers classes, one on one experiences, and more. Both she and Trout are so kind, attentive, and helpful. If you need advice on products or natural herbs and remedies, Otter helps direct and suggest. There are so many fun and inspiring items in the store and even gently used books. The store is a favorite place to be. It's clean, easy to navigate, and welcoming.

It is evident the moment you walk through the doors of Otter&Trout Trading Co. that you are not only welcome, but are always invited to learn! The vast amount of knowledge one can take from stopping by is beyond generous of the owners! Past the healing they are willing to share during business hours, I recommend a private session with Otter! This is where the spiritual healing truly takes place! I was previously never open to non-conventional ways of transformation, but in an attempt to try another avenue of healing I found myself on the other side of a profound experience! This women possesses a power and ability to heal that may be life changing!

Otter & Trout is a gem of a store (pun intended!) run by wonderful people. Otter is a powerful energy healer and extremely knowledgeable about metaphysics. I was in the store yesterday and I watched her transform a crystal in real time. She created a rainbow section inside a smoky quartz crystal simply by holding it in her hands and infusing it with her energy, and this process took place in a matter of just a few minutes. The crystal is now at my house and is pictured in this review. The rainbow section was not there prior to Otter holding the crystal. Amazing.

Otter was so knowledgeable. As someone who is studying herbalism, this place is a great source of different herbs and such for a great price. It is a bit of a drive for me but I can tell it is well worth it.

This store is FANTASTIC! They offer SO MANY different bulk herbs and teas! You can buy them prepackaged or bring in your own bag and tell them how much you want! I got a few different teas to try as well as many different herbs! They have oils and a great supply of jewelry, crystals, and singing bowls. I got some tulsi oil and crystals as well! The owner helped my fiancé learn how to tie a captains knot and make a necklace for me! They are extremely knowledgeable and very eager to help you find what you are looking for! Would highly recommend!!

I've known Eric and Kimberly, AKA Otter & Trout, since before they had the shop. In those days they worked American Indian pow-wows and such events. They are good people and knowledgeable about their craft.

This is an amazing shop for herbs. The people are wonderful, and extremely knowledgeable. I get all my herbs here, and have brought several friends that now come here on a regular basis. Well worth the trip.
