Publix Super Market at Gainesville Shopping Center

Our cashier, Vee S., was super nice. Great experience at our 1st visit. The pharmacist, Kevin Byrd, was also pleasant.

We love shopping at Publix definitely better than Win Dixie, Wards supports our local farmers!

Very busy... But still clean... The subs are the best... chicken is good too... Good quality foods great value...

The BEST grocery store!! This store is clean and Their produce is Always fresh. The customer service is Aways friendly & helpful. I have never has a bad experience at Publix.

I needed 7 subs for a basketball team in a hurry. Publix to the rescue! The deli made them quickly, sliced them into 4ths, and I was out the door in 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service or the subs!

They are always friendly. If there is something that store doesn't have, I can usually get sent. The pharmacy is also staffed with helful pharmacists.

Have been here three time for the
"Baked" Mardi gras wings, ribs, chicken and mojo pork.

Publix is always fresh. I love my fresh fruit from there in which I don't buy from anywhere else. My grandmother has been shopping here for days and I always want to go in. I loveit and the atmosphere !

I went here twice today, while being very jet lagged and out of it. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and patient with me. Customer service waited and let me figure out what was going on wrong on my end, without making me feel awkward. Thank you!

Parking could be better, especially handicapped spaces. Someone needs to monitor the parking. Update 6/7/22 parking seems much better...Employees inside are the best!! Always pleasant and very helpful ☺ Such a pleasure to shop here..always have plenty of cashiers and the pharmacy is awesome!!

I had an issue there dealing with the deli i the manager that I spoke with initially was very apologetic and and did very well with trying to resolve the problem by telling me i cud replace it or refund me. The next day I called and spoke to Bryan ( I 🤔) who assured me that my order wud be done right. Upon my arrival I found him in the deli watching over my order to make sure it was right. I jus want to thank the mgmt staff and service folks for making me feel valued. I want to say that the deli was short staff both days. This is something that has become the norm for a lot of businesses. So I was sympathetic to them which we all shud be with everyone until we come back to the real norm. Great job publix main Street Gainesville 👏🏾 sorry for not getting both mgrs names
