I had an incredible experience at Oaks Jewelry. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine kindness by the staff. They made me feel right at home, even offering me a drink as they kindly took me through their beautiful collection. One of the things I appreciated most was their down-to-earth approach. Unlike some other places I’ve been to, there was absolutely no pompous attitude here. The staff treated me with respect and never once made me feel uncomfortable or pressured to make a purchase.

Even when I didn’t buy anything on my first visit, they were just as welcoming and patient, encouraging me to take my time and explore. They made it clear that their goal was to help me find the perfect piece, no matter how long it took. Thanks to their genuine care and expert guidance, I ultimately found the most stunning engagement ring. I purchased the ring in payments, because they so kindly put it on layaway for me. Oaks Jewelry staff rooted for me every step of the way, answering any questions I had and encouraging me for the big day when I finally ask the question. Today, my fiancée and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose this store.

Oaks Jewelry did an AMAZING job with my engagement ring. My fiance proposed with his grandmother's rings and they were able to help design and create a custom ring. We're so happy to keep the original diamonds in the family and I'm thankful for the customer service at Oaks Jewelry. Highly recommend if you have jewelry you'd like to keep but may need customized.

So welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, precise, reassuring and trusting! In general day to day life it’s hard to come by that and to have all of that … at one place … is mind-blowing.

Not only is it bright, crisp and clean inside. Accommodating asking for drinks but what I’m also impressed by was the little camera that takes photos of jewelry! It’s like the proof is in the photos and I’m for it!

$60 to do a repair and 1 year warranty on what was worked on - hell yea!!

I came to Oaks jewelry to design an engagement ring for my now fiancé. Kim and the team at Oaks jewelry brought my vision to life. From the band, hidden halo, they even enabled me to decide how many prongs the ring had and guided me from the beginning to the end while keeping everything in the budget I gave them in the beginning. I still remember the day I picked the ring up, I was speechless. Couldn’t recommend a jewelry store any more than Oaks they are the best!

Stopped by to get the clasp repaired on my necklace, and received a complimentary cleaning in the repair process. The staff was very courteous and polite while assisting me during my time there, including any additional questions I had about services and products. Will definitely return in the future!

I sold some gold jewelry at Oaks Jewelry today. The entire experience was top notch. Personnel Regina, Sam and Kim were professional, personable and unhurried. I'll definitely go back there in the future.

I brought my rings in that I had custom made on Etsy, and wanted them resized and my diamond placed. I was unsure if the detail on the ring or the engraving would be damaged in the process but thankfully they were able to size and set my rings without any damage to either! I’m so in love with my ring and I love that I have my original diamond in my new upgraded ring. Thank you so much!

I will have to edit this post later when I have more time but, I have usually had great experiences coming in to ask questions and get jewelry fixed. This time I felt so uncomfortable. And the woman I spoke with had so little experience and acted as though she knew what she was talking about, long story short I took 2 items in to have looked at- one of them to fix and the other to ask about its history possibly. I was VERY clear and let this older woman know I was NOT there to sell. My items belonged to my grandmother that had recently passed. She had no issues ignoring that, and kept telling me what she could offer me. She even went on the computer to find one of the piece and it backfired (I didn’t even ask for a price) she said I could give you 20/39 dollars and then went silent and pulled the computer screen back towards her when she saw the specific vintage piece sells for over 3200 in decent condition - since it is an old Tiffany’s larger piece. The other person was very interested in buying, but backed down immediately when I let him know I was sorry but I was not in there to sell anything. He also had to let her know that the “dent” she told me was on the piece was not a dent, but the “Tiffany and co” logo. I would usually shrug stuff like this off and say thank you and leave- but I couldn’t not write a review because I believe that this older woman tries to lie to get what she pleases. I used to really like oaks jewelry for little things I needed fixed or making small gift purchases. In fear of being ripped off/lied to or my jewelry being treated poorly, I will not be going back: I also forgot to add that the FIRST thing she did when I handed her one of my 2 pieces and started to explain I need them looked at and one fixed, and I am just here to talk about what they need.. she had already started “very roughly “ doing a scratch test, and did it 4-5 times until I told her I didn’t need her to check the authenticity.. bc honestly I don’t care if it’s silver, gold or made out of plastic- it’s very important to me and came from my grandmother who just passed. She just said she needs to find out wether it’s gold or silver..? I know there’s white gold but uh.. shouldn’t she know by eye?
I am sorry this was such a large review but it’s important to speak up.- I wouldn’t want what happened to me to happen to someone else that maybe WAS selling and get lied to and ripped off OR be told something is of a different quality or base material so they can charge more to have it repaired. I moved here a few years ago from New York and this is a HUGE problem within jewelry stores. Stay safe everyone! ❤

10/10 jewelry shop! I initially went in because I popped my ankle bracelet I received as a gift purchased from here. They handled my ankle bracelet with grace and it was fixed good as new without any notice that it was initially broken. I then had a heart pendant I received as a gift in 2008 that initially had my mom and grandmas birthstone who were deceased. Over the years the stones fell out. I inquired if oaks can attempt to repair it by adding stones back into the two large holes. I explained the sentimental value and I was blown away with the great communication regarding my pendant. They often kept me in the loop with what was going on. It was repaired in no time better than it initially looked. I am absolutely thankful and would definitely return in the near future.

I entered Oaks jewelry looking for a simple chain to buy for my wife this Christmas. I looked around and was greeted by a friendly associate who certainly was very familiar with her inventory. Stefanie (sp?) showed me a group of chains explaining that I could buy them with or without the pendant. I fully expected to buy only a chain however she and her boss we’re willing to flex on the price bringing the diamond pendant well into an affordable reach. I was so happy to stop in, they were even gracious by allowing me to compare prices to online prices while they waited. They packaged my gift up in a beautiful presentation, my wife I’m sure will love it. Thanks guys I’ll be back!

I've never had a more wonderful and relaxing experience at a jewelers in my life. My husband worked with the wonderful staff almost a year ago to choose my engagement ring and today, going back to choose the wedding band, is the exact reason why we will be repeat customers. So helpful, so patient, and so lovely. The staff found the perfect band without making us feel rushed in the slightest. Thank you Oak Jewlers for taking the the anxiety out of a girl who knows nothing about jewlery and for taking such great care of us!

Evertime I've needed assistance with my watches for battery or adjustments hands down this store has been the best. The atmosphere is always pleasant and peaceful. I went in for my ring to be reshaped and considered getting it resized. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and fixed my ring in no time! I will definitely be back.

My wife and I walked in to Oaks Jewelers last weekend with my parents' sterling silver service for 12, which we'd been storing for 25 years in four different homes. The people at Oaks gave us a very fair price, so we went back the following day with a load of estate jewelry. Again, the staff was cordial, personable, knowledgeable and very fair, and in the end I think both parties were pleased with the deal we struck.

Great work and customer service! I brought in my engagement ring as well as another ring to be resized, and the staff was so helpful. They helped me measure the correct size of my fingers and they were able to resize them in just one day! Very reasonable prices as well, I would come back if I ever needed more jewelry repair.
