I was helped by a friendly redhead in the drive through this past week, I believe her name was Ashley. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is the fastest service I have received in months.

I’ve been a cvs customer for over 20+years, but today I was spoken to so rudely & disrespectful!!! I’ve been waiting for my meds since 2/9 when I paid online & requested delivery. I’ve been inconvenienced Daily by going to just pick it up & being told that it’s on the way. I called Sat. am and spoke to young lady that identified as a therapist, but informed me that my meds were at the store! Imagine my surprise & being told that the meds in question NEVER shipped!!!! Trying to process this new info, I ask if I can just pick it up like I’d try to do for the past 2 days. The young lady replied yes that she’d be working all day. Fast forward to 50min ago. I go through drive thru to pick up & now am told that I have to pay again!! The middle aged highly disrespectful & rude person told me he was the pharmacist. I began to explain but this nonprofessional man said,” I don’t know what you want me to do”. His nonchalant attitude & non empathetic behavior was all I could take. This man yells at me & shuts the door in my face. I walk inside and request a store manager- Brandon. He sat there & patiently waited while I brought him up to speed. He apologized profusely the way the pharmacist treated & spoke to me. His face was distorted like mine wondering why I never received my meds. He asked me to give him a moment while he jolted to the pharmacy dept. Brandon was soo very kind & understanding. I’m grateful & appreciative that he managed to get my meds & Bless his heart he said he’d take care of it that I’d receive a credit. It’s not what you say to people, but how you act towards them. The Indian middleaged pharmacist was so hateful & rude and I truly hope he doesn’t treat anyone like he treated me today!!!! Brandon-store mgr- gave a new outlook for “troubleshooting a crisis situation”. He definitely understood the assignment & handled with professionalism and a caring spirit. Thanks again!!!!

Just got my wedding photos printed from this CVS. Al kindly called to let me know there was an issue with one of the photos. He helped me troubleshoot and that photo plus all the others came out great!!!

I had a prescription sent here instead of the CVS in Target on Monticello because of the waits. The pharmacy sent me a text to follow the progress and the meds were ready on time (about 3 hours) with no wait to buy them

Shout out for Rachel, the best pharmacist I have ever met. Rachel is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great CVS! Super friendly staff! I work construction all around Hampton roads and southern VA and most public restrooms are "cLoSeD DUe To cOviD" and thankfully this one isn't! Thank you guys!
