Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Williamsburg

Very friendly and professional staff and a clean hotel. Updates to the rooms are needed. I will stay here again, though. Great location for visiting Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown.

You want to talk about a great experience?! From our stay at a previous hotel, this was a HUGE step up from it. Charlene was super helpful, making sure my family was well taken care of, and fully relaxed. THIS was the best way to end our vacation. When we decide to visit, we WILL be coming back to this location. From the breakfast, to the staff, and even the rooms and recs, it was great! Thank you so very much!

This hotel is conveniently located near all things Williamsburg. The hotel is probably a 4.8 out of 5 stars simply due to being a bit dated on the inside. That being said, the manager told me they are hopefully going to get a renovation at some point here soon that will make the inside a bit more modern looking in color scheme and appearance. I thought the staff was very helpful and friendly. A great hotel that I'll always keep in mind if I'm back in Williamsburg.

Very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. My kids loved the pool. The location was grand. Had fun in the breakfast cafeteria playing board games, while it rained.

We arrived here and we were instantly not impressed from the exterior to the rooms. The building shows its age.

Now the positive, the staff was amazing. The breakfast was larger than most hotels in this range. The bed was perfect and we slept well every night.

There were 2 things that could be improved. The pool area was hot for any parents monitoring their kids but not swimming. The second item is the odd way the deadbolt sticks. I learned to work with it and prevent it from keeping the door open.

We would definitely stay here again. Give it a chance and you'll save a few dollars on a great stay. The hotel is close to everything including Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

Great hotel! The breakfast was very good, and the employees were very kind. Rooms were very spacious and well put together. Would highly recommend staying.

Checked in yesterday, this so far is the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Williamsburg. The room was nice and clean. The ladies that checked us in was very pleasant, they called room to ask us if every thing was OK. What hotel does that? The pool was large and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. Hot, good food, nice variety (scrambled eggs, corn beef hash, oatmeal- lots of toppings, cold ceral, muffins, waffles, fresh fruit - cantelope, honey dew, bananas, oranges ). Coffe, milk, tea, juices. They were really busy and kept up with the food.

I travel a lot for work and hands down this is the best hotel in the area! I might be bias because they actually have a descent fitness room. Two benches and dumbbells up to 50lbs. Rooms were clean very large and spacious. They do have a pool looked like a lot of fun. The breakfast was sufficient had a little of everything. Definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

It was a very pleasant stay, everything worked and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was better than expected.

We had a great visit. We had two adjoining rooms, which were clean, bright, comfortable. We loved the retro modern decor in the lobby, especially the very colorful couches. The breakfast was really nice, with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here in the future.

This was our first time staying here and it was an outstanding experience. The service was top notch and very friendly. When we arrived, the front desk person told us that we are upgraded to a suite. The suite was very well maintained and clean. It was such a nice surprise for my family.

It was also nice that the pool was open via a reservation system so not too many people are using it at one time. My family initially was in there with three other people, but they left shortly after our session began.

Lastly they also had a grab and go breakfast where a staff person was was serving you things like cereal, bagels and cream cheese, and other similar breakfast items.

Can't go wrong with staying at Marriott branch hotel. Staff at guest services and cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great way to start the day is go down and grab complimentary breakfast before starting off your day running around.

Had a really good stay. Hotel appeared very clean. Nice big pool. Staff was so nice. Didn't go to breakfast. Love the location. One point off because there was clumps of hair at the pool and I'm real finicky about that stuff. Otherwise, really nice. Bed was pretty comfortable. Haven't been on a comfy hotel bed in Williamsburg in a long time, so the bar was pretty low .

The staff here was wonderful. So kind and on top of everything. We really appreciated how friendly everyone was and the extent they went to to make sure we were having a great stay. The breakfast bar was amazing!!

Decent hotel with and excellent desk staff - especially Wendy. She recognized my Bonvoy status and upgraded my room. Rooms are clean with modern accommodations. The hotel was quiet although I could hear Richmond Rd. now and again. It’s a very hotel and more reasonably priced than the Lodge on football weekends.

Our room was clean, but pretty small and dated. We appreciated the smart tv and the pool that can only be used by reservation. The staff was great. Fatima did the fastest check in I ever had and was always greeting me when I entered or exited the building. The breakfast was nice too with a reasonable amount of choices during this covid time

The rooms were very clean and updated. The breakfast was great and way more than you would expect from a hotel. Staff was very friendly and kept things clean. We were visiting with a school group and they were able to handle everyone with no problems and kindly. I would make this place my first choice when I come back to visit with just the family.

This was a nice, clean, well-stocked hotel. The lobby is clean and simple, and the breakfast area is large and welcoming. We had a good room that was clean and ready for our arrival. There was a fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also nicely organized. We had no complaints and would be happy to return.
